     cant draft. He placed foam pieces to temporarily alleviate the issue until someone from the manufacturer could address it. On Dec. 12th, still nothing. On Dec. 24th, still no response. He finally answered that he would address it the day after Christmas. On Dec. 30th, I sent pictures of my window in my bedroom that I had to tape with painter's tape to stop the wind. I told him how frustrated I was and that I was close to reporting to you. On Dec. 30, I sent an email to Affordable Windows explaining the drafty windows, how the salesman came out to check and verified the draft and how he stated that he would contact the manufacturer. On Dec. 31st he stated that he sent my text and pictures to the manufacturer and that he would follow up on Jan. 6th. It is Jan. 10th and no response. No text, no phone call or email from Affordable Windows. I know people are busy but no response and being ignored is unacceptable.

    I was contacted once by the manufacturer,  not Affordable Windows, and was supposed to call me back to schedule.  I have not heard from them and I have tried to call and left messages.  Affordable Windows should be handling this matter for me as they were the company I had a contract with.

    I want my windows replaced.  Thank you.

    It has been two weeks and I have tried calling a couple of times and left a message asking if they could call me back because I had an emergency recently. I  explained that all in  the voicemail that I left.  Now when I try calling the phone number the call does not go through. Please call ************ ** ***** ** **************

    It's obvious that they have not read the full complaint from 2/14/25.  I have not heard from anyone, whether Affordable Windows or the manufacturer as to an update on my windows.  When I tried to call the company, I could not leave a message as the line went dead - several times.  It will be 3 weeks since I've received any communication.

    I have not received any phone call or voice messages regarding the windows.  Response states "window".  It should be 3 windows - 1 in main bedroom and 2 in 2nd bedroom.  I've searched my emails and have not received any emails.

    As of today 3/13/2025, we have not received a call from Joyce to schedule the installation. She did send one email indicating that she has attempted to call but experienced disconnections. However, we have not encountered any issues with other customers reaching us or leaving voicemails. We are currently awaiting her phone call to schedule the installation of her three windows.     It's not that I reject this offer, but am tired of their misinformation.  She called one time over the few months which was yesterday, 3/13/25 at 4:24 p.m. and did leave a message and stated that she is sending me an email to follow up.  That email has not been received as of 1:00 3/14.

    I can't explain their phone issues, but that is what happened to me more than several times that I tried to contact them.  Why would I state that since all I want are my defective windows replaced?  

    They did confirm the 3 windows, but want to confirm that the original installers will not be used.  I will not allow them entry to my home.  

    I will send an email to set up the installation of the 3 windows.

    We communicated via email and completed the installation of three new windows on March 19, 2025. Unfortunately, there was an issue with email delivery, and the messages were not received as intended. However, we have provided photographic evidence via email to confirm that we made the effort to send the emails.
