    If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an estimate with ***** on 6/19/2025, for two windows that needed replaced in the home I was selling. He quoted $700, and I paid $350 up front. I told him the closing on the sale was 7/11/2025, and he said he would make it work. It is now 7/15 and I move out of the home in 3 days, and I have not heard a single word from ***** or the company in general. I call and it goes straight to voicemail. I emailed. I had my realtor call and they told her it would be "sometime this week" LAST week. If I had at least heard something confirming an install appointment I wouldnt even be upset, but to take $350 and then go radio silent is not only bad procedure, but insulting.

    Weirdest company I’ve ever dealt with. If they like you personally they treat you well. If they oddly have a personal issue with you they play games and become extremely unprofessional. Even to the point of not delivering windows that have been paid for. Contact me for explanation.
