On August 20, 2022 I paid total appliance 500$11 to repair my dishwasher my dishwasher is not working there is a leak and the soap doesn’t dispense. I called them and they have not sent anybody out. I also had them check out my other dishwasher and they said it was working but it is not working. I would like a refund or two new dishwashers.

Good morning, we serviced only 1 dishawasher at her house on 9/6 /22 we replaced a motor pump and did follow up call to her after service and no response of having issues. The 2 nd dishwasher she cancelled call with tech and said was not making noise issue anymore. She has never called us back to notify of issues. Our phone system tracks every call and she has never called us after the 9/6 repair date . I will have the office call her today to go back and fix issue with dishwasher...
