    We had an issue with our freezer and contacted the warranty company representing Whirlpool. We were given an appointment time of between 8an - noon on Wednesday - with Total Appliance Service being the repair company. We had no show and no call at the appointment window. When contacting the warranty company they said that the repair folks (Total Appliance) had over booked and rescheduled us for Thursday with the same provider and same schedule. Again, no call and no show and we were told that the repair company should have never accepted the repair order if they did not have the capability.
    We're now scheduled with a different repair provider but have to wait until next week for them to come out. We have a freezer that isn't working right and now run the risk of product being spoiled because of poor communication and a lack of care about servicing a customer.

    Good afternoon, we checked our call recordings and data base we do not show you called our office. Whirlpool dispatches to several companies and whoever accepts gets the call received the dispatch number to bill them .If we accepted the call we would give you a day and a 2 hour window via text or phone call. We communicate the day before to confirm appointment and also when tech is on the way to your house. Sorry you had issues but we are willing to resolve your issue as long as Whirpool dispatches the call to us.
