  Where do I start? Are no businesses trustworthy anymore? Trickery at its finest! I wish I would have seen the THOUSANDS of horrible reviews about this scam of a company before signing a contract I wasn’t even told I was signing. The fact that there is a ******** **** DEVOTED to bringing this company down should really tell us something. They need to be shut down permanently. I received an email that they came and performed a service and did indeed charge me for that service. I thought it odd that my camera didn’t notify me that anyone was at my home. Well, that’s because NOBODY actually came. I wonder how many people that don’t have cameras think that Moxie is actually showing up.. lol and end up paying for nothing! Oh! You want to cancel your service because you’re NOT getting service? Well, looks like you’re going to have to pay EIGHTY percent of the cost for the full year! They make it hard to cancel and that’s what really ticks me off. Try calling customer service! ???? They are the RUDEST company I’ve ever dealt with. How I ask, HOW are they still in business? Well, wait. I know… they STEAL your money right under your nose! That the only reason this company still exists!

  The entire company is dishonest not just from the customers point of view but to the workers. Every worker is taken advantage from hours being shorted to long unfair workdays. The management is rude and unprofessional they only care about then selfs. There’s no regard for employees safety no matter the weather condition they have to be outside working and when ever you bring up a problem you have there favorite line to say is “you either work here or don’t”. Instead of resolving problems that workers have they like to fire workers when ever there is a problem. Now for the customers they are lied to by the salesman constantly being told that moxie could “fix” numerous pest problems and being harassed till they sign up or call the cops the salesmen won’t leave normally intill u slam the door in their face and call the cops and if u do decide to sign up the problems they promised to fix they can’t and by the time the field technician comes out it’s to late to cancel and if they want to cancel it will cost them 80% of their contract value normally close to 600 dollars. This entire company is a scam and every single google review is gotten from there worked by bribing them 10 dollars to force customers to sign up

  I went with Moxie to give them a chance to do my pest Control, when they came to the house the frist time the gentilman came in and just stood there wanting me to tell him what to do , and i thought he new what to do. however i told him the things that should be done so he started in the kitchen and he created a mess spraying my stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, and they was dripping with cemicals , that my wife had to throughley clean the front of the items , plus he soked our baseboards. witch we had to clean up. then he went out side and left a bad mess in my driveway with lawn chemicals like a pile of them witch we had to clean up. So i canceled them wright away and told them i didnt want them back in my house , the had guy was suposed to call me but never did. so they proceeded to charge me $543.00 for cancelling them on my bank. for witch i may a report to the fraud department for the $543.00 witch they are going to try and get it back . i fill they made a mess for us i fill they need to give me that money back. I have pictures of every thing they did . for afact i posted them on there web site. if you would like to see them under ****** ******

  A sales representative came to our home offering pest control services with Moxie pest control. He had an iPad and stated they would do services every three months and indicated all the services they would complete. He mentioned we could cancel anytime. We signed in a few places with a very brief description. None of them involved a cancellation fee. We received our first service, which was very short and not what I was anticipating. I went to cancel the next service and they stated there would be a $610 cancellation fee. I called the company to inquire and they said this was clearly stated in the contract regarding this fee. There is no listed cancellation fee and certainly not for this ridiculous amount of money. This company may provide services, but not adequate to the charges and are certainly a scam in regards to hidden fees & poor service.
