    /Purchased a 2020 Equinox 9/18/24. Was not told until after purchase that the vehicle had not been inspected yet. The salesman assured us it would be fine and if there were any issues after the inspection Dunning would take care of it. Within the first 3 days of having it, multiple issues including check engine light coming on. Informed Dunning of all the issues and was told don't worry "anything can be fixed." Car was in shop from 9/23-9/26. Was told by salesman that new tires were put on the vehicle because they were flagged on inspection. Went to pick it up, no new tires. Salesman lied multiple times about multiple things. Manager agreed to put tires on, car back in shop 10/4. Informed the shop that the car was idling funny/misfiring. When I picked it up, I was told, "some shaking is normal, and nothing was wrong." Check engine light has been on and off since purchase. Took the vehicle to a different mechanic 11/22. Had 2 coil pack and spark plugs replaced. Check engine light still coming on. I have messaged multiple managers regarding issues. No return contact with any of them since 10/16. Car is basically a lemon. Have not been able to drive it more than a few miles at a time worried that it will break down.

    I really did not like my experience or how the loan process went. We filled out the application and pre approved. Salesman called and said truck had not been through inspection yet, but he would make it a priority. Go up the next day to finalize the loan. We waited 2 hrs before signing paperwork. Said they had to submit the paperwork to the bank and find the best rate. I asked what our rate was and if that was the bottom line on the price. Her response was, she didn’t know what our rate was and she would check. She didn’t think they could come down on the price, but she would ask. The truck was not ready. Lights on, on the dash and it was missing a complete wiper arm and on the service sheet said it had been replaced. They did offer to deliver the truck once it was done, but we told them we would pick it up. So back to the loan. We get back to sign the paperwork and half way through it, he finally tells us that our interest rate is 14% and I have a credit score over 700. My husbands is a little bit lower, but they put him as primary on the loan. They did not offer to try me as primary and maybe get a better rate. There was no mention of lowering the price. I feel they kept the interest rate from us for a reason. We drove 45 minutes and sat for 2 hrs to sign paperwork, that if they would have been upfront about the interest rate, we would have never signed. Then they kept pushing for the extended warranty to jump the payment another $100. Very disappointed!!
