      Management is completely incompetent and unprofessional. They came to clean out the vents in my home. They could not finish the job with the equipment they had due to the size of the home. We scheduled them to come back out two days later. On the day they were supposed to come back I get a phone call from them asking to come back tomorrow morning because “they don’t have the correct equipment”. They asked if they could come the next morning and said I would be their first stop of the day. The following morning comes and they did not show up. I had to call twice and on the second phone call I spoke to a manager who was rude and did not offer any form of apology. I told him I could not wait any longer and had to get on with my day and he told me they may show up or they may not
      Show up later on in the day. He made no attempt fix to the situation. The partial vent cleaning they did do, did not look like some of the vents were cleaned. Overall I will never choose this company for any services and would prefer to have my money back. The only nice thing I’ll say is the employees who did show up my house originally were very nice.

      The two guys did a very poor job. They took advantage of an elderly women. This has been two months ago. The took my 150.00 and said thanks and good bye. I should have researched a bit better. Look elsewhere to ask around rent your own cleaner don't use this company.

      Add scheduled for different appointments on four different days. All of them were no-shows. We would have to call mom the manager to reschedule phone appointment the next day just to have them no-show. I have them scheduled for tomorrow the fifth time this week. We’ll see if they show it’s beginning to get a waste of time when I’m scheduling appointments to have something done with the company and they’re not keeping their promise.
