Per the buyer of my home we were too use this title company. From the start it was not a good experience. They sent a mobile notary that was late, she did not notarize the documents in front of us, nor did she have copies to give us of what we signed. I called the office twice and sent an email following day. Finally later that day I was provided with copies and was told this is there process when you don't come in the office, but when you come in documents would be instantly given to you. Why the difference? I looked over the documents and compared it to the wire transfer we received and numbers didn't match. We had been shorted 6k. I sent another email asking why the discrepancy and was told they made a mistake and it would be corrected. Mistake was corrected, but I was also charged for things I didn't receive. I did not receive $75 binder, $425 because the title was not examined properly due to the mistake, $100 for a technology fee.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.

Nothing has been done to resolve my complaint. Yes my ex husband was late but he had car issues unlike the notary who just couldn't be bothered to leave enough time. The notary never signed or stamped anything in front of us and it is a flat out lie, yes she took out her stamp but nothing was ever done with it. This was also addressed with the senior escrow office who said it was not illegal even if she didn't notarize in front of us. The notary also never said when would be given documents because when asked she didn't know and it was late in the day. My realtor and I had to leave several emails and phones messages trying to get docs that weren't provided until the end of the day, even though the buyer had a signing at 8am. I'm saying the title was not examined because a 6k mistake was made and not caught by you, I also shouldn't of had to pay extra wire transfer fees because of the mistake. I did not agree to pay any of those fees, this agency was picked by the buyer and I had no choice in the matter. It is obvious from your response that nothing will be done and you are unwilling to see anything from my perspective because you are defending everything that was done incorrectly.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this response.]
