    I purchased my house in August of 2019 and the sellers chose this business to work with. We have an escrow account being held by this business that was intended to be used for a septic upgrade. We were told shortly after purchasing that we no longer need the septic because the county was installing a sewer on our road. There were a few plumbing issues that needed fixed to be up to code, so we had them done. The plumber was able to call and get money from the escrow account for his work. My husband and I have been calling this business for the last year with questions about OUR OWN escrow account and the money in it and they refuse to answer any of our questions. Theyve even gone so far to promise to call us back with answers and we still have not received a call.
