I had an appointment for 6/3/23 at 9 am. Waited around and no one showed up or even called to advise that they were not arriving. Called the following Monday to verify that the appointment was missed and verified by the person on the phone that indeed we were scheduled abd she asked if we wanted to reschedule. Why would I want to reschedule when they do not have any consideration of my time. I stated that if this is a reflection of your company then I do not want to even consider your company for any work. She asked if a manager should give me a call to discuss the issue and before I could respond she hung up on me. My recommendation is do not even consider this company for any remodeling.

Save yourself. The first red flag came when we saw that the installer dropped all of our gutter gunk onto our property below and left it. Clean up was a selling point for us, and it's in the contract. If the installer didn't care, what else didn't he care about? How can I prove that the work as a whole was done correctly? So I decided to call customer service (no one replied in writing to our emails). I noted that clean up wasnt done, and communicated my concern for the quality of the rest of the job as a result. A supervisor jumps on the line and quickly says that they have photos of every install to confirm it was done right. I thought "Great!" So I asked for a copy for peace of mind, and I was told that the photos were "stuck in the system" and could not be shared. I suspected this was a lie (duh), so I ask if they could just send someone other than the installer out to check the work. Asking them to clean up felt petty to us and honestly didn't feel safe considering they would send the same installer (a stranger who now knows our address) to clean up his poor work that we reported. I have a 3 yr old daughter and 1 year old son. The supe's response was "we can't send a new installer out because we lose money." He did, however, suggest that I could get on the roof and check the work myself. This wasn't okay with me, so I talked to an area install manager who said he would send someone out next day... nothing. My wife sends another email (we've sent 4 or 5 emails at that point trying to get the help we need with no response in writing, and empty promises on the phone). I asked about next steps to take undo their work and provide a refund. "I don't think we do that." I get a call from the sup who stated that they wont refund. He just wanted to confirm that we declined the clean up. He asked if anything else was wrong with the install, to which I replied "If you read the emails we sent, you would know." He said that he's not going back and forth with me anymore.

      Mr. *********,

First and foremost we apologize for the debris left by the installer as we train them to clean up all areas before leaving the property. It is our procedure to send the original installer back out within a 1 yr period to fix all installation issues at no cost to the customer. AAGP Customer Service took your call the day of the install and offered to send the install crew back, clean up the debris and go over the entire job with you for peace of mind.  You declined and stated it would be petty to have them come back even though we insisted on doing so.. we then offered to send photos of the completed installation once we received them.  We also let you know that since you did not want the crew to come out and you were going to clean up the debris yourself to please send us pictures of the area and to let us know if you had any other issues with your installation and we would send a crew out immediately.  The following day you sent an email into the corporate office stating the issues you declined to let us resolve along with the pictures we asked for.  You also stated you were not satisfied with the outcome, therefore we offered to send the crew back again and then offered to send another crew to ease your mind.  All of our crews are very professional and we have never had an issue with any going back to a customers home to take care of any services.  They all take pride in their work and want our customers to be satisfied.  Your wife then sent in an email stating the same issues along with pictures of the ends of the protection and gutter.  AAGP Customer Service called you that same morning as you were getting off a flight to once again reassure you that we would send another crew out to do the inspection amid your speculation that the original crew would cause harm to you or your home even though they never made any remarks or gave any signs to warrant any worry.  You agreed to this on a recorded line so the Install manager reached out to schedule that service appointment which you refused once again and stated you wanted AAGP to remove our product and give you a full refund.  I then called you myself after speaking to the Install Manager and stated that we would like to come out, clean up any remaining debris and also comb the entire job over to make sure you were satisfied.  You denied us to do so for the 3rd time and stated once again you wanted the product removed and given a full refund.  I let you know that is not our policy as we have attempted to come do multiple services and have been denied on all 3 attempts.  You were asked if there were any issues with the installation itself besides the debris left on the ground and were unable to provide us with that information. Once again we greatly apologize for the debris that was left and we would have loved to come back and taken care of it the same day of the install.  When a customer denies us to do so due to speculation, then we are left with our hands tied. I would like to state that we do have a signed completion certificate from you from the installer after the job was complete.  If you had any reservations you could have either went over it while the installer was present or called into customer service and we would've made sure everything was addressed before the completion certificate was signed and full payment was made.  We stand behind our product and take pride in our customer service as we have made multiple attempts to make this right. AAGP goes above and beyond even if it is just to give the customer peace of mind, although we must be allowed to do so by the homeowner.  Please keep in mind you do have a 1 yr. workmanship warranty and a lifetime warranty on the gutter protection against any manufacturer defects.

      Sincerely,

       VP of Customer Service

This is completely false. I am the other property owner of this property and these are not all true claims. We denied having the same person come to our house because I was already outside cleaning up the fly-infested garbage when the offer was made, and we didn’t want some random person who we had complained about the quality of their work back at our house. The litter debris is not the main concern here. It is just a nice little cherry on top and the first breech of contract. YOU are the ones who said you could not provide pictures to us. WE provided pictures to you of the side of one gutter where it looks nothing like what your salespeople showed us when they brought the actual gutter parts and showed us how it would be made flush and prevent debris from entering. Actually, you offered the same person to come check the work and told us we could not see the images of our work because they were already “put in the database” so you did NOT offer to show us any proof that the work was properly done. We have been waiting for someone to get sent out who was the same person who quickly and sloppily did the work and threw smelly detritus over our property. This is completely false that we denied 3x for someone to come check the work. We are the ones who originally requested this to be done before there was any mention of removal. We are very very very unsatisfied with your product and services and the public should be aware how your company has dealt with the issue. We offered to take the installation and removal fee hit to get these things off our house because we do not trust your company after everything. We are very disappointed with the way this was all handled and the false information that you are posting on a public forum to cover yourselves.

Short version is All American Gutter Protection (AAGP) has not addressed warranty and install issues and has not to date resolved water flow issues or attempted to schedule a fix. They want $750 more to fix an issue not discovered at install. Water is flowing behind and over gutters during rainfall.AAGP installed guards 5/22. Installers showed up without proper materials, had to reschedule. A long piece of gutter fell from 30 ft off the roof during install. The seams were not sealed as promised because of rainfall. New tech returned in October to seal seams. 4/23 hard rainfall showed failure of guards to allow rain to flow into gutters. Tech indicates (after 2 no show appts) guards are covered with debris, clears guards of debris. Also states that gutters are set too high, shingles are too short and there is no drip edge on my roof thereby preventing rain from flowing into the gutter through the guard. Hard rainfall the following weekend showed same issues, water flowing behind gutters, over gutters, seams are leaking. To date, a back and forth between JR ***** the ** install manager, and ******* who works at the national branch in **** have failed to schedule repairs. They want $750 more for drip edge. ******* tells me I have a roof issue not a gutter issue. ******* says they are not roofers. At install, they replaced 2 pieces of facia, and want to install drip edge which is part of the roof. ******* says all their installers are trained, so why didn't the original installers see the issues? ** and ******* tell me they charge to clean the guards off, but at install I was told it would be done at no charge anytime,Over the last almost 3 weeks, voicemails are not returned and texts to JR ***** and ******* go unanswered for days. Meanwhile, water continues to pour between the gutters and my home, not into the gutters, during heavy rainfall the past couple wks.

If you are in northeast PA DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the salesman and installer could not follow there own blueprint and it took 2 return trips to get all the correct gutters/downspouts installed, communication was terrible, even got a call from head quarter about another 1 star review i wrote and said my complaints would be reviewed, still have not heard back, the downspouts installed look terrible, they are dented and chipped, overall as far as install and standing behind the work that was done, was and still is very unprofessional, i will never recommend this company in my area

Two months after installation I tried to get leaking fixed. I have tried multiple times to get someone out to do warranty work and keep getting the run around. “Someone will call you within 48 hours” never happened. “The scheduling department will call you back” never happened. “ I will check and call you right back” never happened….twice. Finally got an appointment for someone to fix the problem and guess what… never showed. Calls to find out why were not answered and one person said they would call right back and didn’t. When call an hour later they wouldn’t answer the phone. Waste of money. Do not use this company.

We met and spoke with All American Gutter at an RV show towards the end of 2021. The quote was honored, even though prices increased by the time we were ready to have the installation completed. The crew was friendly, the work was finished in one day and we have not had any issues since. Having covered gutters has made a tremendous and positive difference. Thank you, All American Gutter team!

Worst warranty ever. called repeatedly for service with no response. Sales person sold me on the no questions warranty. My gutter performance is now worse than before All American Gutter installed the new system. Its been almost 2 months since the initial installation with no call back to setup a warranty visit for repair. do not be fooled as I was. I've been chasing them for weeks. The water overflow has repeatedly damaged my property.

The gutters were done in one day, and done to my satisfaction. I have had no problems so far . I will know better in the fall when the leaves and pine needles start coming down.
