    FastHelp is an AWESOME company and Sonia is an excellent customer service rep!!!! My 90 year old mother lost sight in one eye and we were afraid she might loose sight in her good eye.We had the device from a few years ago but lost the charger so we called to order one and found out our device had been upgraded and the new charger wouldn't help us.Sonia offered us a whole new device at a GREAT price! She was awesome! Because my mom lives alone Sonia offered overnight shipping (at our expense of course) and we had it the next day before noon!!!! Sonia was so helpful and kind. She also returns your call really FAST! I would highly recommend FastHelp!!!

    I purchased a FastHelp device for my wife early in January. Later that month I was hospitalized, leaving my wife alone at home. During that time she fell, and had to use the FastHelp device to summon help. The paramedics arrived, and she was transported to the local hospital. During the ordeal, the device was mistakenly discarded when her clothing was cut away and removed. After being discharged from the hospital in early February I called Universal Physicians to get a replacement FastHelp device for my wife. They immediately shipped a deeply-discounted device to our home. She is now wearing the new device.

    Great customer service. I had a problem (that I caused) with the cord to recharge the battery for my FastHelp alarm. Person was extremely helpful and pleasant. Fast service.

    Once again, this company prays on seniors who are old and have Alzheimer’s, and are not aware of fraudulent companies like this.
    Their advertisement in The Arizona Republic is a scam.

    Working with this company has been outstanding. I had to return one of the items and was told exactly how to do it and my money was put back into my account immediately after they received the item back. The person I had deleted with was very pleasant to talk to.

    Deceptive mass mailing sent to elderly people. Shameful fake envelope printing looks like an important financial notice, but is only a hard sell for services.
