This company makes it impossible to start a return. There's not a phone number to even reach their Customer Service Center. I'm trying to return my H2O Mop X5 Dual Blast. My order number is ********. Please provide my RA number.

The customer placed the order over the phone on 7/21/2024 for H2O Mop X5 Dual Blast Deluxe Elite System along with Super Clean Kit and Extended Warranty.
The order was delivered though UPS Tracking ****************** on Friday, July 26 at 6:18 P.M.
Our Customer Service Team is fully online, and we do not operate an Inbound Phone Line. Our customers can reach us through our customer support portal at our website ******************************************** at any time for assistance.
The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Aug 3, 2024 and requested for return instructions.
The return instructions were provided to the customer through same helpdesk ticket on Aug 6, 2024. The customer returned the order and provided the return tracking number as requested.
The refund was initiated to customer's account today. We allow 5-10 days for it to reflect in customer's account.

This company is the worst. You write a review and the respond with this generic email saying they are sorry for the bad experience, click here for a refund. I've been trying to start the process my return. You click on help and it's an endless loop. I wished I had read the reviews before buying this product from this COMPANY. The order was delivered on Tuesday, May 21 at 7:45 P.M. as per the UPS Tracking Numbers ****************** and ******************.
Our Customer Service Team is fully online and does not operate an Inbound Phone Line. Our customers can reach us through our customer support portal at ******************************************** at any time for assistance.
We are not in receipt of any helpdesk assistance ticket from the customer.
We are unable to assist the customer with Return at this stage as the order was delivered on 05/21/2024 and is past the 30-day return period.

This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have attempted to contact them with no success. There's no phone number, I can sign on to the portal provided. I would rate them a -5.00.. You have 30 days to get a refund but they make sure you don't get your money back because there is no way to contact them. IT IS A SCAM. I have searched my emails over and over since my first request (within the 30 days) for the RA#. I did not receive the email they are referring to. It's amazing that I keep getting advertising emails from the company. But no RA#.

I recently bought a Thane H20 X5 steam mop. I am 100% service connected disabled Veteran. I have exterme limited mobility. Needless to say, my house is a disaster. This mop does exactly what is advertised. My cleaning has been cut by 75% since I started using this mop. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it.Thane USA, Inc

The customer contacted us through our customer support portal and was assisted by our customer care team. Return Authorization Number ***** was issued on 4/3/2024 9:59:49 and sent to the customer's email at **********************. Ticket # ********* A subsequent ticket was opened by the customer on April 12, 2024 -Ticket # ********. Once again the above RA# was sent to the customer's email with the return instructions.

I ordered an H2O X5 mop from ****** I October 2023. I used it 3 times, then a plastic piece broke off while disconnecting mop pieces. I was past the return period on ******, so I contacted Thane Direct. A ticket was opened for me immediately and I was asked to provide pictures. I provided pictures, then the proof of purchase. I received a reply that the company would provide a replacement Main Body if I paid shipping and handling of $12.95. They said they would send me a ****** link to pay them. I needed to also provide my shipping address. I have replied 3 times that I would pay the shipping and I provided my shipping address, however the company has gone silent on me. I emailed them on March 1, March 12, and March 29. In my email dated the 29th, I stated that if I did not receive a reply, I would contact the BBB. I have heard nothing from the company since March 1st.
