      I have been trying to reach someone at Thane since July 12th. I received a significant steam burn to my leg after use of the H2O pro steamer. All of my emails to Thane have been undeliverable and the phone numbers listed on your website are constantly busy.

      - Automated shipment notifications were sent to the customer's email address ********************* and can be provided for reference if required.
      - The item shipped on 07/06/22 with FedEx Tracking Number ******************** and delivered on Wednesday 7/13/2022 at 2:38 pm.
      - The customer has successfully logged into our support portal on 7/22/2022 at 1:39:54 PM with their email address *********************.
      - The customer submitted a return request through our support portal on Jul 22, 2022 at 2:53 PM.

      RETURN POLICY:
