Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I placed an order online and they created 2 orders. I contacted them on the site the next morning to cancel and they replied it was already shipped. Didn't receive it for over a week after. So I canceled the card. I have sent numerous emails and get a generic reply. It's funny that they have billed me and received 2 months of payments. The mop is a joke and does not work even close to the Sunday morning infomercial. A one star is a gift for them. This company is a fraud in everything they touch.Thane USA, Inc

The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket using his email address **************** first on 09/26/2022 on which our customer service team responded accordingly with an update that both had been processed to ship from our warehouse and could not be cancelled.

The phone number is not in service and they are able to respond here but can't send emails. Also I placed 1 order not 2 only received 1 order. Tried to cancel and they claim it was in motion but never responded with a BOL number on the 26th. At that time I was offered a 10% discount. My 91 year old father ordered this from an infomercial. He tried to call the inbound number to do a return but no one would help. He doesn’t understand what an online company is. I went online to the portal and created an account for him. The day the package arrived he changed his mind and as a result I tried to start a return. I do understand that Thane is an online only company and I followed all of the steps to process the return. Order was placed on 11/5. To date, I’ve requested to return this product twice - still no response and checked my spam folder. Today, I also submitted a help ticket. Also I would like to clarify that portal specifically states do not submit multiple tickets. I still have no RMA number. Since we are coming up on 30 days and no one has responded I will direct my father to call his credit card company and request a charge back. I ordered a 28cm set of flavor oat pans in October 2022. They sent me 24cm flavorcoat instead but charged me for 28cm. They don’t provide phone number so I can request prepaid shipping label. The item is unopened and in original packaging so a prepaid return shipping label should be provided. I registered but the registration only accepted a previous order.

This company should not be in business. Who is monitoring this company? It should not even exit on the map. Thane does not deserve one star. It has very poor customer service. They took my daughter's name and put it on my order. I am the one that order the mop; not her, Thane robbed me of my $204.00. My mop never steamed nor worked. I did not get all my complete order of parts. They sent what they wanted me to have. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since March 2022. I ask for a full refund; after two days of purchasing the mop products, I been emailing them in my portal from March 2022 to Oct.2022. They send me a generic email back stating they will get back with me 2 to 3 business days. I never hear from them. None of their phone number works, I have been scammed. I purchase a two-year warranty and I cannot use it. They just took my fix income. I never dealt with a company like this. They do not want their own non-working product back. They knew the product did not work; before they sent it to me. I almost order two mops at the same time. I am so glad I did not order it for my friend. I don't want their headaches. They know who I am and where to find me, I talk about them on Facebook; whenever I see them advertisement their mops on Facebook. I just don't want other people getting scammed. I am warning them ahead of time. I don't think the company is reading my emails in the portal. I think they just delete me. All I want is my refund. They can have their lemon non-working mop back. I ordered a h2ox5 mop from their website on Oct 10, 2022 and while ordering a message popped up stating “ oops something went wrong “ a rep will contact you by email. A short time later I get an email from the company asking me if I want to continue so I did. Next thing I get 2 emails for 2 different mops, one for $ 129 and another email for a $143.95 mop. The only thing I can figure out is that the email asking me if I wanted to continue was the cause of the second order. When I received those emails I immediately tried calling all four numbers listed for customer service, no contact . I contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. I submitted a return authorization number for each mop and received emails for each stating a rep would contact me in 1-2 days, that was four days ago. Their refund policy states you must cancel order in one hour otherwise you must submit for refund and it must all be done within 30 days. I feel this company is very deceptive to their customer and stall so they don’t have to give you a refund . I just want the authorization numbers to return these mops. I don’t understand how they can list customer service numbers when there is no customer service. I also sent an email to the company ,no response. I have kept all emails pertaining to this matter. I am helping an 85 year old who ordered your product from a infomercial that she called to place the order and was not satified with the product when it arrived. She has no email accounts. So she tryed calling the same number that she called to place the order and was unable to speak with anyone because it is all recordings for purchasing only. So I tryed to help her by going to the Customer Support Portal and creating an account using my email with her Order# with no response. Sent it 3 times with a response of Thank You! Your account has been located.
Please check your email for further instructions. I still have not received anything in my email. It has been over 30 day that she has been trying to get in touch with them at no avail.
