    I’ve been here for six months, I have issues with the tub and sink for the entire time I have lived here. I have complained in March, June and September 2023; the maintenance text me stating I just told him but I have text messages as proof. In October 2023 FRI-Tuesday I couldn’t use my kitchen or bathroom because the water was leaking puddles from the bathroom to the kitchen because of a hole in the ceiling, the next day they come with pest control, I have to work so my mother is there waiting upstairs. The manager Heather V**** stated she opened my door, waited for someone to come and get my 3lb dog or whatever, my mother stated as soon as she got up to come downstairs she was gone, so I was charged a$150 fee because the pest control could not treat my unit. I offered to pay for pest control to come back out if they would waive the fee. Heather V**** called me on the phone because I text her to call me , as soon as I asked if I could speak to her supervisor she hung up on me, she stated there is no one else/ there needs to be! If someone asked to speak to my superior I will gladly give them the number. Heather V**** was rude stating, my hole in the ceiling has nothing to do with pest control but if you are a human and care about people you would have understood that it did! I had to bathe over my parents house and I couldn’t stay home and wait for her from 9-4pm because I called off of work the previous days. No apology for the inconvenience, they don’t care ! No compromise! Heather V**** stated, I’m not going to treat you better than everyone else but did everyone else have their ceiling caving through for 5 days! I have contacted the civil rights commission. ! It’s a good thing I saved all my text messages and I have witnesses.
