    I ordered a pair of Orthopedic LEATHER Shoes in the wrong size. I need to return them and I'm following what it says to do and tried many times to call the number but all I get is a recording. I have tried sending emails but with no luck on anyone returning my email. I want a refund for these shoes. I need someone to reach out to me about this issue. Thank you

    Shoes were not as described an did not fit properly. Returned and verified tracking showed delivered on 11/17/2022. Was told will have refund in 1-2 weeks. It has been three weeks now and this is the response I get

    I have followed all the instructions they asked for and continually get a very canned response and ahve read multiple reviews of the same concerns. The shoes are of very poor quality and do not fit properly. It has now been about 2.5 weeks since they have received them in their warehouse.

    Once again I have atteched a picture of the tracking number and receipt. This clearly displays the tracking # **** **** **** **** **** ** which clearly shows it was deliverd to the address provided by you. It continues to be blaintely obvious that you just want to give very poor customer service and not refund my money and continue to rip people off. I will nvever in anyway come close to recommending you to anyone.

    On October 29th I ordered and paid for 2 pair of shoes from this company. I have yet to receive verification of my order even though my credit card was charged. Additionally, customer support claims to have no record of my order.

    I ordered these shoes for my husband August 19th 2022 and receive them on September 9th. They were too big and not leather as advertised. Price was 69.94.
    I was told to ship them back. So on September 13 I returned them to the address they provided. Gatsy Shoes c/o Verve, 193 Mountain Way Drive Orem UT 84058. When I call them at 614 285 5406 because never receive the refund. I get a recording saying to go on on line at [email protected] and I get or find nothing there to help me get my refund. It cost me 10.95 to return them

    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.  The name was ******* or *** ******** the order number was *****.  It was for one pair of Gatsby Men's shoes in 9.5 wide.  for $69.94.  They were too small and were not leather as advertised.  I would like a full refund.  You have all of this information in the letter I sent to your complaint/refund department in Orem Ut .  The shoes were shipped back to you on September 13th 2023 The shoew were shipped at an additonal cost to me of 10.  They were shipped to Gatsby Shoes c/o Verve 193 Mountain Way Drive, Orem UT 84058

    I ordered shoes from this company and they sent me the wrong size. I ordered an 8.5 US (42 euro) and they sent me a 43 euro. Their website has a sizing chart that states an 8.5 US is a 42 euro. When I emailed them they said I was wrong. And that 'their' 8.5 is a 43. I explained that their own website says it's a 42. They kept arguing with me. They refuse to refund my money. I had to pay to ship the shoes back ($26) in order to get an exchange. After some thought on the same day I shipped the shoes. I decided I want a refund not exchange. Because I don't trust them. They refuse to confirm that I'll get a refund. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!

    The customer complain is invalid, as he received the right size, we did not send him a Euro size but a US size, our 8.5 is a size 43. If customer is not satisfied with our sizing, he needs to return the item back to us for a refund.

    Hi There,

    As you can see in the screenshots I sent in, a US 8.5 is a 42 Euro. They sent me a 43 Euro. Their reasoning is invalid. From their own website, the sizing chart states a US 8.5 is a Euro 42, yet in email they claim otherwise. I ordered a US 8.5.

    Yes, I have sent them back for refund. But, they are not free exchanges/refunds. You have to pay for shipping back, and don’t get reimbursed for shipping to you either. I am out almost $35

This is available 24/7 where our customers can access publicly even before the customers can place the order, this information was disclosed to the public. Unfortunately some customers do not read policy and only complain once they received the order.

    I ordered two pair of shoes, they are not the right size. I want to return and yet I did not receive a tracking number. No answer when I call and they do not read the e-mails I send, I receive an email that is generic because they do not read the emails.
    Horrible customer service!

    My credit card was originally charged $63.45 on July 19. I received a pair of shoes about 3 -4 weeks later. They were too big so I returned them for a replacement on august 27th through UPS transportation with tracking. The package arrived in UT the next day. I reached out several times for an update and got the same automated reply from “*** ******” whom I now know is a robot. The contact number listed on the website does not go anywhere. So I am stuck and it has been 6.5 weeks since my original order was sent back to them for a replacement in a smaller size. At this point I would be fine with just the money I paid for the shoes being returns plus the shipping cost I had to pay so $12 for that plus the 63.45 for the shoes $75.45 and hopefully a warning for others planning to buy shoes from them

    this is the same automated response that I got when I reached out from their customer service team. I have provided that information in detail multiplied times and there is no follow up from that. You can see from the attachments all of the information. I would be surprised if the answer from Gatsby was from someone other than *** ****** which maser on my interactions and auto replies seems to be a robot not a person. I am willing to supply the information requested for the 3rd time if they can guarantee me it will be the last one.

    On 10/1/2022 I placed an order for the amount of $65.45. The companies policy states you have 1 hour to cancel the order after it has been placed. I sent a request to cancel my order via email and on their website help forum approximately 15 minutes after placing the order. I received a response from the company approximately 10 hours later stating I could not cancel my order as it had already been processed and I would have to return the product once I received it. Their policy specifically states you have one hour to cancel, I informed them within 15 minutes of placing the order. I also have time stamped documentation to substantiate this, but they refuse to cancel my order. My order hasnt shipped yet but they have already charged me. I followed their policy there should be no reason they can not cancel my order and reverse/refund my transaction.

    I am rejecting this response because: I emailed and sent a message on their website requesting to cancel my order within ten minutes of placing it per their policy. My order was not shipped until 48 hours later. The claim that it was shipped within 10 minutes of placing the order either makes them the fastest distribution center or the fastest courier company to arrive within 10 minutes to ship my order. All correspondence is time stamped.

    Customer complain is invalid as he never sent multiple emails, he only sent one email to which we have responded to and we have this recorded. As for his order not being shipped, this is not true as well, as shipping confirmation was sent to customer's email ******************** last September 17, 2022 with his tracking number and we have this recorded as well. His order was shipped September 17, here is the tracking link ************************************************, the order is already in transit.We believe that Customer wanted his order to be cancelled since he emailed us to cancel his order and we told him we cannot as his order is processed, hence he is claiming now with BBB that his email was not responded nor his order was never shipped, and this are all untrue as his order is in transit and we replied to his email.
