    Absolute pieces of cr*p.
    Not as advertised. Really cheap materials, no support at all, fake leather.
    Doesn’t look like the photos at all.

    *** DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT ***
    I purchased a pair of Gatsby Shoes.
    When they arrived, they were the wrong size. I sent them back within the required time-line (30 days), along with all of the information they requested. I requested an exchange for the correct size.
    Now--all of a sudden--they're claiming that the tracking number I sent them (taken from the email *THEY* sent to me) is not the correct number.
    I've also discovered through conversations with other customers that these shoes fall apart within weeks of purchasing. Gatsby Shoes will not stand by their product.

    Gatsby shoes look nice however that where my praise ends. My experience is not good.
    I have a problem and have emailed several times with no response no help. My new shoes
    lasted less then a month before falling apart. I personal rating is zero

    This company is unreliable and fake! They refuse to give a refund for full amount. Took over a month and a half to received items that are not as they described! Complained for over a month (only through e-mails) and they refuse to have a manager contact me! There are many complaints about this company!!!

    Wow! Wish I had founded these reviews before experiencing all the same issues. I will also share my experience, so pull up a chair, grab your popcorn. My experience started in Nov. when I saw GatsbyShoes on face book.. had a great advertisement for their shoes. I ordered a pair an they offered 50% off a second pair, so I thought this was a win!
    Chapter 1: Then the nightmare starts, 3 weeks later no info from the company. Called the number on their website, dead end number goes no where. Thought it was a scam at that point, so I emailed their support email. Got a fairly quick email from ***, said shoes were on back order. 2 weeks later no info from company, so emailed them again. Got a quick response from *** again providing a tracking - Track17. Found after a little digging that the shoes were coming from China.
    Chapter 2: 2 weeks later the shoes final show up from USPS. Stuffed in a bag wrapped in bubble wrap, looked like it had been ran over by a semi. Anyway, opened them up an the smell was over powering. I tried them on, waaayyyyy to big not to size at all. I don’t know what they call orthopedic, but if you were Sasquatch and flat footed they might work.
    Chapter 3: Now the return process. Email them again and *** replied quickly ( God Bless Her), I was given different options of what to do with them; 30% partial refund, exchange and full refund. I wanted a refund, so she emailed the instructions. Let me tell you, they do their best to make it as difficult as possible to send them back for a refund. They want you to write your order number, date shipped, refund or exchange and the tracking number on a sheet of paper an put in the box with the product to ship it back. (So take your packing tape with you, so after you visit the shipping company of your choice as you have to pay for shipping to get the tracking to write on the paper that goes in the box)… whewwwww.
    Conclusion: REFUND showed up 3 wks. later. *** needs a raise as she was great in responding..

    Unbelievably disappointing company with absolutely unbelievable policy, I received the shoes almost 4 weeks after placing the order. I wore them approximately 5 times for my office job and the toe box separated. I contacted the company and they told me I was past the 30 day return window. I then googled them and see an internet full of negative reviews like mine. If only I would have googled them before I ordered I would have saved my money. I’ll literally never order from them again, I’ll tell anyone who will listen the same thing and at least I have learned to ALWAYS google a company before buying anything from them even if they claim positive reviews on the social media ads.

    Last summer, I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived.
    However, on December 16, I ordered $180 worth of products. When checking the shipping status it is the same as everyone else: Shipment is waiting to be picked up by USPS.
    I've read the reviews and complaints. Unfortunately, I did not read them BEFORE placing my order. Many reviews allege that the company is illegitimate or fraudulent. If this is truly the case has someone approached the Ohio Attorney General's Office to consider criminal or civil action?

    I do not recommend buying from this company. They have some pretty sketchy business practices and definitely do not care about customer service/satisfaction. You do not get any updates on your order unless you keep on top of them to request the information. The package came wrapped in bubble wrap and a flimsy bag all taped up. Not good presentation for what we paid for them. If the product needs to be returned for any reason then you have to literally jump through hoops to "request" a refund. They do not it even have to accept it. They requested that we keep them or donate them instead. We are not eating that much of a cost to keep a product that does not fit. They then emailed us a different "policy" than what is stated on their website which is down right sketchy. They said their "policy" is only to give 30 percent back after you pay to ship them back. That is not listed in their return policy online. They definitely do not have good business practices. We are not happy with the product and especially not the customer service. Super sketchy and and not a customer service oriented business. Stear clear!

    This appears to be a total scam. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered two pairs of men’s dress shoes over 40 days ago, still haven’t received. Tracking number goes to some TRACK17 site that appears to be totally bogus. Says my shoes are stuck in Jamaica. I sent a request to have my order cancelled weeks ago and was told I couldn’t because the shoes had already shipped. The return policy says must request refund within 30 days of order, but my shoes are already over 30 days late. Lots of other complaints on these guys to BBB for the same thing. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!*

    Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered shoes, because they are all on point...exactly how this sorry company operates. Do not order shoes from this company! They are very low quality. When you return them, at YOUR expense, they will do everything in their power NOT to refund your money. I returned my shoes and they received them on 11/7/2023. I have had numerous emails with their CSR, but keep getting the run around. Pretty sure their CSR is not a real person. Seems like just a bot. Again...do not order!!!! It's a scam!
