    I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! I am disappointed with this company to say the least! I was unaware that the product would come from overseas and would be delayed!! I ordered on 12/6/23 and have not yet received my order! The explanation I was given is the same one that is listed by other customers. I will definitely not order from this company anymore!

    Almost one month since ordering with no shipment yet. I am not able to call anyone ( although, there is a number and they say there’s always someone to speak to at any time) and only communication is via email. My tracking information is still saying package is in New York. The email they sent me said that they were waiting for it from overseas. Just seems shady and deceptive in a lot of ways. Never order from them and I will not ever again.

    I ordered a pair of shoes Nov 24 2023. They charged my acct and have yet to send the shoes which are a Christmas gift. I have no tracking number or receipt. I’ve emailed them several times no response. Their phone number is just a message to email them and they will respond quickly.

    These are literally $20 shoes on ****. Very slow shipping. Poor fit. Poor quality. Terrible smell. They are in NO orthopedic. They have a 2mm thick cheap 2 cent foam insert on the inside of the shoe that fall out when you turn over the shoe. There is nothing good about this company other than their ability to market a scam pos product that they triple the price on.

    This company is a complete scam!! DO NOT trust the reviews on Trustpilot. The customer service # provided is bogus. NO one will answer and you're directed elsewhere. You can leave your e-mail and phone# for them to respond but they never will. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

    I never my received order and false tracking information was provided. Customer service phone line directs to the website. After 3 unanswered emails I filed a dispute with my bank. Do not order from this company.

    They charged my card immediately after I ordered. 2 days later I got an email saying they had shipped. 3 weeks after that I inquired about the shipment. I was told they hadn't arrived in the U.S. yet from their overseas warehouse. One month to the day, after ordering, the shoes arrived. They're actually quite comfortable and they look nice. Not sure of the quality as of yet. Only wore them once so far. Definitely false advertising, as they are not leather. For the price I paid, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Would never order from them again.

    Less than 1 star. TERRIBLE customer service. Total scam. Took too long to deliver, and haven't refunded the money even though they have the shoes back...pretty sure that equals theft! Don't use this company.

    ordered shoes, never received a receipt but my card was charged immediately
    called the 24/7 number and was directed back to online which did nothing
    I believe this is a scam business

    Terrible company!
    Ordered shoes for my husband about a month ago. Haven’t received them yet. The tracking # does nothing. I emailed them twice and haven’t heard back.
    The advertising is very enticing and they keep them priced reasonably enough to deceive you into buying them. They take your money and you never receive the product!
    Wish I did my homework and had read reviews before placing the order. I would not have bought them.
    Maybe they have shoes they do sell but sounds like if you receive what you order they are cheaply made and don’t last.
    Do not buy from this company. It’s not worth the risk.
    I would give zero stars if able.
