    Horrible shoes! Sole separated from both shoes after wearing them TWICE! Fake leather. Not orthopedic. I e-mailed them and was told “we do not refund damaged shoes due to usage.” They know that they are selling garbage and they are banking on you not reading their return policy before buying.
    Back to shopping with Amazon for me.

    ******* ****** has earned a place in H! He will take your money and not make the return process easy, I had to do a Chargeback through my credit card company. Stay away from these scammers.

    Don't give them your time of day. Pretty sure this is a scam. My husband wanted these shoes for his birthday and I saw they were one sale ( 1st red flag is they are always on sale) made my purchase and was content to wait. I was tracking it thru the Shop app. All is going well for a few days and then my tracking info disappeared. Then is said it was delivered . I'm a stay at home mom but sometimes delivery people don't knock. I look outside. I look all around. I even wait a few more days just incase. Then I contact customer service and was in touch with ***. They say look all around. I did. They give me tracking info for the carrier LSO (Lonestar overnight) says it was delivered to my front door. I contact them. No reply. No photo evidence nothing. I go back to customer service and ask for a replacement or a refund. They give me tracking for ANOTHER company, Aftership.com/ Yunexpress. It says delivered but I don't have the shoes and at this point I'm out $70. No solutions offered, so I ask for a refund. I'm told they don't offer refunds for delivered items, which were never delivered. So with zero solutions, no replacement, and basic bot customer service they expect me to be out $70. No thank you. Don't waste your time or your money on this.

    I contacted company the day I received the wrong size shoes. My bad I ordered wrong size. I contacted at least 2-3 times a week to start return process, I’ve yet to be contacted. I’m calling the credit card company and disputing the charge due to the lack of response time. I’ve giving my name, email and order number every time I email. (I keep seeing responses that say, please provide the order number and name to get to refund/return. More BS. Crap company should be shut down. If I could give negative number I would.

    Don't waste your time and money on them ! First of all the ad stated that return is free, but they asked to pay the shipping. After I paid the shipping and sent it back, I never ( NEVER ) received the refund. At the the beginning they replied with standard email
    and at some point they just stopped responding to emails at all. No responces, no product, no money. I feel scammed and neglected. Do yourself a favor, don't deal with them

    STAY AWAY!!! DON’T ORDER!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The quality is not there at all. They took 3 weeks to get, they feel like plastic. They won’t last more than a few months. I want to return them do to the bad quality but they charge a 10% restocking fee and you have to send them back to China. Shipping cost for 3 pairs of shoes is over $40. If you like paying for bad quality and bad return policy order away. I would stay away!

    If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.
    I placed an order and then immediately cancelled it. This was within the timeframe mentioned on the cancellation policy. About 15 hours later, I got a message saying that I did not cancel within their timeframe, so they processed the order.
    I disputed the credit card charge and returned the merchandise. They are now trying to appeal the chargeback, even though the merchandise has been returned.
    In email communications, they take an argumentative tone and blame me for all that has gone wrong with this transaction. The fact is that I cancelled the order according to their cancellation policy and they refused to honor their own policy. Even though I returned the merchandise at my own expense, they're still want to charge my credit card.

    Ordered my orthopedic shoes - there is nothing orthopedic about these shoes. the inside is think, cheap material, they fit too small. the Pleather is cheap. their service is awful. they only refunded me a partial amount. My bad to not fully research

    Ordered these shoes for my husband. Ordered a size nine and a half, the shoes that came were more of a 10 and a half.. the chart on the web site showed size 44 on the inside of the On the size chart on line, that reflects a size 10. The box reflects 9.5 thou I dont believe so. I measured my husband foot and he should have a size 9.5 by your I would email and wait over a day for a response.the box the shoes came in was damaged. No protective paper around shoes. I was able to return the shoes. I paid over $86 dollars and plus $26 shipping to return plus a restocking fee. I received $72 in return. So I am out *$40 for nothing! I understand I was mislead with paying the shipping. The restocking - is totalling wrong in this day and age. By reading the complaints, a lot had to do with sizing. I cannot say if the shoes were comfortable as my husband couldnt wear them. I sent many emails and usually got the same response.Thank you for reaching out to us. In regards to your returns, the warehouse normally process and inspects returns in 1-2 weeks time but sometime, they take longer, but once the return has been fully inspected, we will refund/replace.For other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!Never got a yes or no. I tried calling, it only refers you to email. Never speak with a representative. Not the greatest customer service.DO NOT ORDER these shoes. Bad customer service, charges are totally unacceptable! I dont even think the customer rep is real. Dont deserve a star review

    Only gave one star because there is no way to give much much less! BBB even gives them an F (and I don't know why it's that high)! Shoes arrived late (so you can't return them in time). They arrived in a paper-thin cardboard box... never knew it came this thin! Shoes were touching each other... no protective tissue NOTHING!!!! And they must be in perfect condition to get a refund! Those were the first signs of fraud. Next, I ordered near powder blue tops with black sides as seen in many photos in their adds (including front page at the time) and got what I thought were black shoes. My wife finally thought she could see a hint of navy blue. Certainly nothing remotely close to "as shown". I know leather can vary from batch to batch but this is far beyond that. Plus, they are too small (and I ordered half a size larger just to be on the safe side). These are obviously from ***** or worse. STAY AWAY!!! They refuse to let me return.
