  Gatsby Shoes is not a good product or company. Shoes are fake and plastic, shoe sizes are not accurate and the quality of the shoes is very poor. THE KICKER, the offer a refund policy, but you as the consumer cover the cost of shipping for the refund, and a pair of shoes will cost around $12-$20 to ship back. Be very mindful of this product, and company. They have a very low customer review rating on many sites, and be aware, they are less then helpful with returning products.

  Do not buy from this company! I emailed them before I purchased wanting wonens shoes. *** ****** the customer rep said "We only sell womens shoes." They sent me mens shoes and refuse to refund me my money. They want ME to pay to ship them back then they want to take 10% for a restocking fee. Are you serious?

  Horrible company. It’s a scam company. Received the wrong size after 14 days. Many emails in which I wanted them to replace with correct size ordered. They offered a $20 refund on a $54 purchase or ship back to Hong Kong at my expense if the shoes were received within 60 days they would consider a refund

  If I had known the way they work, I would have never bought anything from them. I ordered a pair of shoes and two weeks later no shoes, no email, no answer on their phone number.
  First and last time I order anything there.
  But the first thing they did was charge my credit card.

  Yun express tracking says delivered but did NOT receive them. Multiple complaints against Yun express for faulty tracking and incorrect delivery status. No response from Gatsby shoes customer service.

  Horrible company. Takes the money right away but no correspondence. It’s a scam company. Stay away!!! I’ve given up waiting for anything from these crooks. I can’t send this review without choosing a star review. One is too much!!!

  I was going to order shoes as the website states "50% off sitewide" so I tried to call their Live 24/7 support number to ask about the return policy since sale items are not returnable. So they offer a "Live 24/7 support" number but when you call, it's not Live. Instead, it's a recording directing you to visit their website which of course, shows they have 24/7 Live support.
  Based on this and other BBB reviews, this company uses false advertising. If you read the reviews, they were falsely advertising their return policy and after being called out, they changed it. Well, they are falsely advertising "Live 24/7 support".

  Cheap shoes, cheap quality, horrible customer service!
  I ordered two pairs of shoes they’re made of synthetic materials that don’t let your foot breathe. There is almost 0 padding on the soul they’re not comfortable.
  They sent me one pair, the correct size. The other pair is a lot narrower, although they are the same style and model just a different color.
  I sent several messages to exchange for the right pairs and say send the incorrect pair, and they were very uncooperative
  I would say these shoes are worth about $10 a pair, real talk.
