I had them come out to replace a sump pump. Bruno was professional and did a good job, but boy did I get ripped off! The total cost for the basic sump pump and installation was $811.00!!! I just found out the pump is sold for $220.00!!! What the hell!! Also, had to have my main snaked unexpectedly and that cost a little over an extra $500.00. They should be ashamed for ripping people off like that.

From Alyssa in the office to Jared coming out and stopping the leaks amd making repairs, I am beyond thrilled with the professionalism, timeliness and great service. Outstanding service. They replaced my entire water treatment system. Expensive, but so worth it to have excllent water. I asked a lot of questions before I decided to have Kobella do the install.
They patiently explained everything to me, multiple conversations I might add! They serviced my furnace and AC this year and I could not be happier with the tecnicians and the customer service.Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

I would give Kobella negative stars if I could. They replaced sewer pipes in our slab house. The work took longer than expected and our home was a disaster after- dirt everywhere, broken bathroom light, multiple large dings/dents in the walls, vent covers missing. To make matters worse, really worse, they littered asbestos ALL throughout our home and didn’t even acknowledge it or inform us. We only found out about the asbestos when a cleaning company came to clean up the mess Kobella left behind. This was after we had already returned to the house following Kobella’s work. We were displaced from our home for an extended period of time due to the asbestos, with a premature infant daughter and while on maternity leave. We have spent a massive amount on getting our home professionally abated/cleaned by an environmental company and our belongings professionally cleaned or disposed of/replaced due to asbestos. Kobella is taking zero responsibility for this. We have tried to reach out to them multiple times to rectify the issues, but they refuse to acknowledge us.Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

We had a shower head arm break at the joint in the wall early morning, and they were able to get to us that morning. The shower arm broke and some of the threaded end broke inside the joint. They were able to remove that, install a new arm and the leak was fixed quickly. What started off as a stressful morning ended up being less stressful thanks to their wonderful, professional service.Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

They arrived quickly to address our lack of water at the appointment time and the work was well done . We also had a better filter installed at a later time which so far is way better than the previous one. The reason for three stars: The tech had what I think of as "Plumber's syndrome", the need to sell more than you need..The tech tested the power up to the pressure switch and then announced the pump was bad. I didn't see how you could diagnose that before testing things outside, especially since I knew the pump was almost new, so I asked about testing the pump itself, and was given multiple reasons why not. Ultimately the pump ran and later tested pumping ok. Spent $2500.00 for what was a broken wire leading to the pump. Well, I again have a spare pump.Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling

Very pleased with the service of Kobella. They were on time, professional, and courteous. The only advice I would suggest to others is to NOT let them contact another company for you. The service technician offered to call a water mitigation company for me to get the process moving after a leak in my kitchen. I should have researched my own company as I had a lot of trouble with the suggested company.Kobella Plumbing Heating Cooling
