    On July 26, 2024, I paid an extra $269.56 for a double-headstone for my parents. C***** K****** sent the verification email. This also included a credit from a canceled bench I did on July 18, 2024. They stated they applied the credit from the canceled bench to this double-headstone, and I paid what was till due on my ******** *******. The headstone was just received and placed the week of December 9th, 2024, after months of excuses and no idea what happened. It arrived and is completely wrong. They did not call us to tell us, they just went ahead and installed the incorrect head stone. It is just a small single.

    My husband passed sway Jan 20,2024 we have a space #322 at the Mausoleum at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Our Agent was Kayla H****** cell ###-###-#### office ###-###-####. At the time of service I paid off the balance owed for my husband which was $3,629.07 that was paid by ck #261 on 1/23/24.and on 1/24/24 I paid of my portion of the remaining balance of $1,620.00 to my account #*** **** *** and confirm #*** *** *******. And at the same time my daughter and I chose to order from them a vase, a perpetual light and Cross for on the stone. I wrote a check for $2,599.06 to cover the cost. I have a bank statement showing money sent by wire transfer . To this date we have none of the items except his name plate. I go in person to check on the issue no one is there . I call and it goes to voice mail. I leave messages and never get a call back. I have encountered 2 other people besides Kayla I spoke to Lindsay assistant sales mgr and she told me none of the items were ordered, but they took my money. I also spoke to Daniel C******* one day he is supposed to be a family service mgr. he said that they had crosses, Vases and lights in stock and that they would be installed Friday and he would send a picture that it was done. Well it never happened I keep leaving messages and no one calls me back. I have receipts and documentation on each time I called or went in person. I need some help all I want is to get my husbands memory taken care of and what’s due to me.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues surrounding my loved one’s headstone at Crown Hill Memorial Park and Mausoleum. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these concerns with staff person, Candace and Holly, the matter remains unresolved. Below is a timeline of the dates on which I reached out to your office regarding this issue:

    The primary concerns I raised were related to two issues:

    1. The headstone was not placed back at the gravesite. After several attempts, this issue has been partially resolved, as the headstone was eventually returned to its proper place.
    2. The date of passing has not been engraved on the headstone. Despite repeated requests, this important detail remains incomplete, which is deeply distressing for our family.

    It is incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly follow up on these matters, especially when they involve the final resting place of a loved one. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. Please ensure that the date of passing is added to the headstone without further delay.

    On 10/17/2017, my parents bought a plot and burial package that included engravings. The headstone with their name and birth year was installed and after burial the 4-digit year would need engraved. My mom passed away 13/3/2020, and after numerous calls, a formal complaint filed 2/21/2023, and various family members stopping into the office to ask why 2020 has not been added, we are still waiting today. Excuses have been covid, not enough staff as well as staff turnover, changes in ownership, “we will do it next,” “it’ll be done in 2 weeks,” “I’ll call you tomorrow after it’s done” it is still missing. There is no reason that we should have to call so often for this and not have it done. As of 3 weeks ago, the answer was that they have a company coming in within 2 weeks and it would be done. It’s been 3.5 and that was just another lie.

    My parents passed away in 2018 and 2019. In 2019 I purchased a cremation bench to go at their feet because they told me I was the only one that could put anything at their gravesite. Unbeknown to me my sister purchased her bench before I could get mine paid off so they put hers at their feet. They have already given her a refund, but they will not take hers out. I have been fighting for 3 years to get mine out there. My husband and I go there when we are in ******** they say they will take care of it and they never do. I desperately need help with this. I have contacted the attorney general of **** also.
