  Crown Hill Cemetery has been a continued nightmare to work with. My father passed away suddenly last May and, in an attempt, to keep him close to my sister’s gravesite we chose Crown Hill Cemetery. We began working with Eddie who was very unhelpful and downright rude. He actually contacted the funeral home we chose and told them that my father would not be buried in the Crown Hill Cemetery on the dates agreed upon confusing the funeral procession. He caused repeat unwanted stress around an already stressful time. Funeral arrangements and plots were only confirmed once another sales manager, Liz G, got involved. This March, my sister and I met with Chris L to purchase a headstone for both of my parents' plots. We were told that if we paid upfront the headstone would be completed and installed within 3 months. In that time, we received zero communication on the status of the headstone or installation. I emailed Chris this past Tuesday to be met with an email bounce back. Appears Chris is no longer at Crown Hill. I followed up with a call to check the status. I was passed around 3 times only to be rudely told that the headstone has been received and is waiting for installation. I was informed that the cemetery has 200 installations ahead of my father’s. An installation date was nowhere in sight. It would have been really nice to have been alerted that the headstone was received, and installation would be delayed. This cemetery has $19,189.40 of my money and we still don’t have a place to visit my father. They only care about getting every dollar they can from you!! What really depresses me is I purchased a plot for my mother and myself. After this, I have no desire to be buried or bury my mother at Crown Hill.

  Terrible cemetery. Been trying to get the office to answer as to why they roads are terrible, the cemetery is full of weeds and the old rugged CROSS is gone, was told it was stolen. complained multiple times and nothing is done and now I am blocked on their ******** page as I would comment on how terrible it is there. others are complaining, and have been refused to get the corporate office phone number. They need to stop and take care of the cemetery, they purchased a memorialization after cremation but will NOT tell you when the roads, grass or cross will be replaced.
