    Ben S****** inspected our chimney and fireplace earlier this winter and I cannot recommend him enough. He was exceptionally professional, polite, and punctual. The inspection was thorough compared to other businesses I've gone to in the past and the pricing was more fair than what I would guess are direct competitors. The areas he worked through were left cleaner than before his arrival and I slept comfortably this winter knowing that a true expert had given me a figurative thumbs up with future food for thought. I did not feel like someone was there 'just to do a job' rather that he actually cared and appreciated the responsibility (and potential consequences) of his profession. As someone who has experience a house fire and 'just clocking hours' types of chimney experts it was extremely relieving that my luck of the draw was Ben.
    I would suggest anyone in need of chimney repair, inspection, and whatever else they do - go with Chimney Works. And ask for Ben S******!

    Jeremy W**** was a great person to work with! He was efficient and thorough with his clean! The scheduler was also very easy to work with and was able to get me scheduled quickly with something that worked with my schedule. I could not recommend them enough!

    We had our new wood stove installed by Chimney Works 6 years ago and have had it serviced/inspected every year. I have had a great experience every time. Ben came out recently and was very thorough with the cleaning, very detailed with his inspection and made sure all of our questions were answered. We are very happy with Chimney Works and would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

    DO NOT use this company,,,, myself and 2 of my neighbors had our chimneys cleaned and inspected on Friday September 30th, 2022. Their technician Ben stated that all 3 failed and should not be used until repaired.Mine was quoted at $7,391.50 because of broken damper and previous sign of a chimney fire and damage to the flue. Scaring my wife.(2 years ago we had a new cap and repairs done on the chimney as well as mechanical cleaning done.)Since their inspection on the 30th I have had another inspection done on my chimney by a licensed inspector who stated in writing that my chimney is in good condition and up to code, the damper was not broken but clogged with debris that was not removed by their technician, after having the chimney really cleaned the damper is working correctly.

    Ben came to inspect and clean our fireplace. He was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the condition of our fireplace. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use Chimney Works again.

    Very pleased with Chimney Works! We’ve been using them for several years. Charlie did a great job rebuilding our chimney, and installing a new liner a few years ago. Jeremy also did a great job with the cleaning and inspection today. Very experienced and professional.!
