      My wife and I had our washer and drier replaced by Recker & Boerger and they did an amazing job removing the old ones and installing the new. Great experience overall.

      Best HVAC and Appliance company in the market by far. Use them for everything, one call and the job is done. The make things right when there are mistakes. Once you work with the other companies out there you realize how good Recker & Boerger is - professional, clean, timely and THEY ANSWER THE PHONE!

      Had a washing machine and dryer installed by Recker. After a week the washing machine wasn’t spinning the clothes dry. They were so nice and helpful and instead of making me work with the dealer to get it fixed, they replaced the unit for me. I was so grateful. Clean and professional installers too.

      Horrible company to deal with. They are never wrong everything is always the customers fault, and pretty much call you a liar. Had a new unit installed approx 3 years ago, unit quit working called for a service call, which they said would be $149 which included the first 30 mins of labor. The parts were covered by warranty. They came to fix unit installed new part were here 1 hour and charged me $595. When asked to receive an itemized bill they would not provide one they said they only do total bills, this is so they can hide charges, you do not know what you are paying for. They do not put any sales tax or any itemizing on their invoice. Repeatedly asked for itemized statement, they refused and said it was my fault the part broke and that I had to pay for parts and labor. This was a reputable company in years past. I would not recommend them at all. Very rude to deal with and not at all customer friendly. Maybe this is why they have a 1.75 rating

      Were so sorry that you didnt have a positive experience and that you were having issues with your Furnace. I have read the notes from this job and spoke to the service manager and will provide clarity based on your feedback. On 10/21/22: ************** arrived at customers home for a $149 diagnostic service call. Someone had attempted to repair furnace prior to our arrival and replaced original parts with after-market products. This rendered the parts warranty inactive. The technician made customer aware that in order to repair the damage, our charge would be $595. Customer agreed and technician fixed the unit. 2/28/23: Customer called after accounting department attempted to collect payment for work done in October and Service Manager explained again why parts were not covered under warranty. Recker and Boerger issued a $100 discount on the bill. Again, we are sorry that you experienced any confusion and we are glad that your unit is working properly. Thank you for your feedback.

      The people are awful - they talk over you and explain why it is your fault their people didn’t install tunings correctly. 3 call backs in the first year. Better choices for HVAC out there

      Almost burned my house down when they failed to install a new hose with my dryer and cause water damage to my cabinets when I bought a dish washer told me they would fix the cabinets never did TERRIBLE COMPANY

      We are so sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with your dishwasher that was installed on 5/26/2021. When you reached back out to us to alert us of an issue on 7/18/22 we sent out a technician to check on the problem and they determined that our installers didn’t tighten the hose properly upon installation which caused a small leak and subsequent damage to that cabinet.
      WE sent our repair man out to remedy the damage and we are in negotiations with vendors to repair the cabinet. We had a phone conversation on 12.5.22 with updates on repair strategy and as you know we are currently working on getting it fixed for you. Again, we are so sorry about the damage and WILL be making it right for you. We appreciate your business and we are truly sorry about the inconvenience.
      Regarding your note about a possible dryer issue: I have checked our notes and we have not been contacted regarding any issues about your dryer. My notes say that Recker and Boerger came to your house to install a new washer and dryer stack-unit on 8/23/21 but there was an obstacle in the way that prevented our crew from making the installation.
      When the crew came back to install the new washer-dryer on 8/25/21 the obstacle chair lift had been moved and the installation was successful. The crew also moved the old units to the basement. Please contact us with details about any issues you are having with the dryer and will be happy to help. Thank you!

      If you want your 83 year old mother who lives alone in a 53 degree house when its below freezing this is the company you want. We installed a new furnace where Recker & Boerger has been out approx. 6 times. This last time was a recall by the furnace manufacture ******* & Recker & Boerger wouldn't cover the cost because of the recall. After calling ******* they couldn't find a local installer to take care of the problem. Bottom line is we have to continue paying someone else to service a 2 year old furnace. Next step is complaint with BBB 1 star because there isn't anything less

      We have had all of our appliances installed by Recker and Boerger and have had great experience with them. We even bought our Furnace and Air conditioner from them and were surprised how easy it was to get a quote on a new unit over the phone. All i had to do was use the text link they sent me to to send them pictures of the old machine and they sent me a quote, Their service is the best. I highly recommend.
