      They came out and did my AC tune up, found a problem and quickly went back to get the part and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Very respectful and efficient.

      I contacted this company to replace elements in my electric hot water heater. Looked online and saw the approximate cost for this type of repair is $200 - $300. I found Schneller Knochelman Plumbing online and they were able to come out the soonest. Unfortunately after they came, I opted to remain without hot water longer and find a different certified plumbing company since the quote I was given was $1250!!! He explained they use flat rate pricing and are a family owned business?!! Not sure why that is justification for 5 times the cost!! A couple days later, I had the work done by another certified plumbing company, also family owned, for just $250. Work was completed in ***** minutes!! I understand some companies are more expensive but this was outrageous! Sadly, I know many people that would have just gone ahead and paid the $1250 because they needed hot water and didn't know any better! I am posting this review hoping to make others aware and suggest doing your homework!
