    Zimmer installed two systems in my home, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. They also did the maintenance and charged me almost $800 a year for it. One technician left the air filter system's door in the attic open and when I kept contacting Zimmer and telling them there was a problem, they kept making excuses and denying it until another company went into the attic and saw that it was not put on properly. Another time a technician repeatedly failed to change the humidifier pad for several years until water started dripping onto the floor and got the insulation on the furnace wet. Zimmer refuses to change the insulation. I had to have the thermostat they installed changed 3 times for some reason. I also needed to have a coil replaced less than three years after the system was installed. In addition to charging me almost $800 a year, I ended up having to pay over a $1.000 every other year when something broke. Instead of solving the problem Chris Z***** insulated me on the phone. This after paying him over $27,000 to have the systems installed and being a customer for over 7 years and never missing a maintenance.
