We were so impressed with ***** and his team. The windows look great and their work work was superior. At the end of the job when there were a few little details to be finalized they came back immediately and got things completed. It was a great decision to go with Empire Home Improvement and I would recommend them to anyone considering windows.or doors.

We had been looking for help with the replacement of two warranty windows having received no help from that manufacture; and ***** *. came to our rescue. A timely difficult installation of the windows and excellent cleanup following the install. Kudos to Empire and their Crew ! I was having a roofing project completed on my home when one of the roofers saw that we had a cracked kitchen window. With my permission, he called ***** ***** and told him of my expressed desire to get new windows for the home. Our original windows were metal framed and single pane. ***** called me about an hour later and arranged to meet with us. He came to the house a couple days later, took measurements, described our options, and showed us a model window. The windows are energy efficient and manufactured in Indiana. The cost came to $25,000 for 19 windows plus a patio door. This was extremely reasonable when compared to other estimates. We accepted his offer in December and had our windows installed in late February. We absolutely love the quality, appearance, and functioning of these windows! I appreciated the care his team took with our property as they worked through the removal and installation processes. I wasn't sure how they would finish the exterior but, in the end, the finish work was superb! We love everything that ***** and his entire Empire Home Improvement team did for us! I've already offered personal referrals to some of my friends and acquaintances. If you need windows or doors, work with *****. I doubt you'll be disappointed.Empire Home Improvement, LLC

******* crew did an outstanding job replacing 11 windows and a patio door. The crew was hard working and very thorough. They paid attention to detail to make sure the windows fit correctly. They answered questions I had and cleaned up well. They were careful to protect my new carpet from debris. ***** came to the job site to check on the work during installation and then came to clean the windows and inspect the work a few days after the job was completed. He took time to teach me how to work the tilt-in windows for easy cleaning. The windows insulate well from heat and noise! This is an outstanding company. I had 7 windows replaced a month or so ago and am very pleased with this company! They are very efficient with their service; always arriving on time and staying in touch while the work is being done! I worked with Greg and Jerry getting my estimate and felt free to text Greg at any time with questions or comments. When the window installation was complete, I had a few questions and Greg and Jerry came right out the next day and took care of my couple of questions. We had a fantastic experience with Empire. They installed 17 windows in our 50 year old home. The team was fast, professional, and the end result was beautiful. The company owner personally came to our home a number times to make sure the project was moving forward and the crew had everything they needed. When they were done, he inspected each window to make sure they were installed just right. I highly recommend Empire for window replacement!Empire Home Improvement, LLC

Jerry's crew replaced my all my house windows from 1980. They took their time on getting it done correctly. If there was any manufacturing defect on any part of the window. It is taken care of with no hassle by Jerry.Empire Home Improvement, LLC
