This is actually an update to a review I posted on 1/30/23. At that time, Empire had replaced four windows for me and I was thrilled with the results. A couple of months after that review ***** and his crew came back and replaced an additional nine windows and I am even more ecstatic. Having been through a full summer and the better part of winter, these windows and Empire's workmanship have met every expectation. The house stayed cooler during the summer and it has stayed warmer all winter. I really couldn't be happier with the job done by Empire and the results I have gotten from the windows. I absolutely recommend talking to ***** before choosing any other contractor for windows. The price was fair, the work exceptional, and the overall experience of working with ***** and his crew was extremely pleasant.

The crew was amazingly professional and did an amazing job. The quality of work was exceptional. The windows themselves looked great and were exactly as ordered. Could tell the difference in house temperature immediately after installation. Will recommend this company and this crew to anyone who needs a job done.Empire Home Improvement, LLC

The crew from Empire installed new windows in our dining room and master bedroom. Not a huge job compared to some of the others they've done but we felt just as important as a large job. The install crew worked well together and did quality work. Jerry was always available for questions and visited the job to ensure all was going well. We're very happy!Empire Home Improvement, LLC

After seeing neighbors in my area use Empire, I called Jerry to get an estimate for my mom's house. Jerry was prompt, polite and professional to work with. The windows look fantastic! I would definitely recommend Empire based on our experience!Empire Home Improvement, LLC

We hired this company to do 16 Windows plus two large bay windows. We had so many companies ask for our business and I didn't go with them but I'm so happy we went with Empire Home Improvement. I felt an immediate connection and trust with the owner Jerry and there was no pressure to go with them which I really appreciated, just information about their product and pricing . They finished the job in 2 days plus the owner was at our house over seeing the project the whole time. They also cleaned up after the job was done. The crew was courteous and friendly. The windows are beautiful and amazing. I can't wait to see their effect on our utility bill. I had 15 windows and a front door with side lights installed all in 2 days. I am so impressed and happy with my decision to have Empire Home Improvements to our windows. If you are considering doing new windows have these guys do them bottom line. Their professional knowledge and customer service is. beyond my expectations. 5 starsThroughout the entire process this team was very professional and their communication was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of window and with the installation. Not only do the windows look great, but there was an immediate reduction in outside noise transfer. The installation was done in one day and we did not have to replace any of our window trim on the inside. Now let's talk about cost. I had researched and I knew what I wanted in a window. I priced buying the windows and installing them DIY. Jerry and Angela, from Empire, met with me and They were able to supply what I needed (14 windows in all). Here is the really awesome part; Empire did the entire job - in one day - for a few dollars more per window than me spending a week doing it myself. The icing on the cake? The owners came out and cleaned the windows at the end of the job. They really care about their product, their service, and their customers!Review fromNicholas T
