      We bought a hot tub at the end of May from Watson’s, we were told it would be eight weeks before he received it. I received a call within about four weeks that it was available for delivery. It was delivered on Friday June 27, 2025. There were three men who delivered my hot tub and they did a fantastic job. They were very personable and just all around great guys. Not to mention it was delivered four weeks early so I am very pleased with it.

      We've had our ********** hot tub for 7 years. We love it. Over the years there have been minor issues. The installers were always very good and helpful and fixed issues once they were here. The only thing that is difficult with Watsons is the time that it takes to get a service person here. But I understand that it's difficult to get qualified people who want to work. Once they get here they are extremely capable. This past week we had ***** out and he was OUTSTANDING. (I had hired someone else while waiting for Watson and they were not qualified to determine OR to fix my issues. They also sold me a leak fixing item that i didn't need). Not only did ***** know and fix my original problem but found and fixed 2 leaks (not 1). He also went out of his way to talk to me (not in a condescending way as if I was an idiot for some of the things I thought I was doing correctly) and explain some helpful things about the care of my hot tub that I should change/consider. 5 ?? (star) service!!! I feel that the service people at Watsons are SUPERIOR to what I was exposed to outside of Watsons. Again, I only wish they had MORE of these experienced wonderful employees. Customer service was also helpful.

      I’ve had ongoing issues with my hot tub from Watson’s of Cincinnati for several years, and they still haven’t been able to fix the problem. Their own technician admitted it's a defect in the hot tub and that no amount of repairs will resolve it (have it on my doorbell cam). The defect leaves the internal components exposed to weather, pests, and rodents, putting the entire system at risk. Despite this, Watson’s refuses to honor the warranty. They keep pointing the blame at Watkins but they themselves have done nothing to help rectify the issue besides offering pointless service calls which lead to failure everytime. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer support. I do not recommend Watson’s for hot tubs. Great at selling, terrible at everything else. Given the lack of resolution, I will be seeking further assistance through the appropriate external channels.

      Got 2 quotes for the same pool package, one in person and one through their website. The quote through the website was cheaper. They would not honor the cheaper quote. I spoke with the Assistant manager first and he gave me one reason why the quote and then I spoke with the store manager and she gave me a different reason. I have the quote in email form and showed both. I have worked in customer service and realize mistakes happen, but for them to shrug it off is unacceptable. Originally I was willing to split the difference and after speaking with the store manager I feel they do not value their customers. I will not be using them forward for anything and will let everyone I know how I was treated.

      Was quoted a price online and when we went to the store to purchase it, was told they quoted us the wrong size pricing even though the email had the correct size on it. They would not honor the quote & did not offer to give us anything extra to make up for the mistake.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I had issue with my hot tub, scheduled a service call with Watsons. I was told My hot tub is covered under 100% warranty until the end of the year. Service came out, was informed there were no leaks. I was relieved. Until the next morning, I woke up to a charge on my credit card. I was never informed of a charge prior to them coming out. I called, was told essential tough luck. They said since it was not covered under warranty I would be charged (Nothing was fixed, so what was not under warranty?) Was Charged for visit and labor was taking 4 bolts out and putting them back in. Will not return for business. Spend thousands of dollars on a hot tub and have a warranty to get charged additional money. Useless Warranty.
