1 starWe had a hot tub delivered in November and the lights stopped working in March. Someone from service came and found a leak with the waterfall and 6 months later we are STILL sitting with a empty hot tub and Watsons keeps telling us every time we call the part is due in the following week and still no part. Just spoke with a manager named Alyssa today and she said it’s an investment like buying a house or car, we just have to wait for the part. Not happy about spending so much money on something and having it sit empty longer than we have been able to use it. I don’t think Alyssa’s couch cost as much as the hot tub.Review fromFred P
