      In October, a lawncare solicitor rang the doorbell asking abt contracting services. I was ill with COVID and stated to come back in a week. I do not remember if it is the same company. But, there was no agreement. He did not return. A few weeks later a phone call asking if I agreed to a lawncaew service. I said no. Again, Do not know if same company. In Nov returned home to see yard was treated. Week later received a bill for $59.29. Called company, asked abt contract, stated service was not authorized. Stated ther are no written contracts and he would get in touch with technican. No returned call on status of situation Late December, returned home to find another treatment applied. Week later received a bill for $118.58. Called again, different person, explained situation that the service was not agreed to. Told, again, there are no documented agreements to lawncare service. Told she would speak to accountant. Again, no returned call. I am afraid there will be another treatment and more billing. I refuse to pay and worry abt thus going to collections. Asking that this bill be null and void and no further treatment by thus company to my yard. I talked to City Manager's office and Blue Ash Police and was told if further treatment is done while I an home, consider it trespassing and call the police to stop the service

      This email is in response to complaint ID: ******** ******** *******). The account for Mr ******* was created due to a mistake on our behalf, which we do apologize. With that being said, this concern has already been rectified. Mr ******* spoke with one of our office staff members and expressed his concerns. At that time, his account was canceled and any due balance on the account was adjusted. As of right now, the account will remain inactive and no services will be rendered for Mr. ******* and no charges will be applied to the account! If there are any additional questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
