      Sales Rep sold me on a 1 year package for lawn care if i prepaid. I agreed to change based off the total cost for the year with the understanding that further bills would not come until September of the following year. Come to find out that package supposedly only covered a set number of treatments that does not cover a full year. I originally hesitated to swap from their competitor, so the sales rep sweetened the deal with some complementary services that I still had to fight to get the charges removed from. Called this company no fewer than 6 times over the past year to dispute shady bills and fraudulent practices. First 3 times the manager was busy and wouldn't take or return a call. Successfully got the service stopped on the 4th call but they could care less their sales rep sold me a lie.
