    I was charged 4x times the amount my utilities normally are, we have no property manger and the regional manger will not reach back out to me. I had to pay it so my rent was not late but very upset because something is clearly wrong with my charges and know one is willing to help make it right.

    We haven’t had working water for over a week . Sewage backing up in all our sinks . Then when we called the health department , and they got in trouble they sent an unlicensed person over who cut our pipe dumped ***** all over the ground and left as punishment for reporting them. I have pictures, videos and messages.

    Moved in on May 28th 2023 . Julys water bill was 47.00 . Now August water bill is 395.00 and I was told to deal with it. That they want adjust our bill. That's crazy there is no way our water bill is that high.

    I have live in ********** ******* MHC in ********** ******* for 9 years and never had managers do shady practices like River Valley LLC does. They started managing this park in 2019 and they charge residents $50 dollar infraction all the time and **** tell them what their infraction is on the notice they give you. And they are never in the office to ask them or ever answer the phone, h*** i even tried emailing and still cant get anyone to respond. I use to be a property manager and i know the practice they are doing is illegal. I have filed a small claim with the courts to try to prevent this from happening again. I would not recommend renting anything from any of the river valley llc mobile home community.

    I have lived here since December 2022 and still they will not pay anyone to repair items on mobile homes here at the park.

    Absolutely horrible and they refuse to fix anything I currently have no water nobody does and we have no emergency contact number for service my advice is run fast in the opposite direction of this company all they care about is money they don't care about tenants or repairs and they are going to be reported again to the city housing authority and every news outlet I cam find someone really needs to step up and do better I have never been late on my rent but I can't get anything fixed

    I reached out to this Company by the phone numbers provided publicly 1-************ and ****. It is an automated answering machine only for you to leave a message. Not one person returned my call. I finally looked up online the companys info and hit some names and started using the dial my name option. I made contact with a handful of people only to get bad customer service. If the owner or President new how bad the customer service is would they even care? As a customer we have no rights or respect all we have they want us our money. I hope that everyone thats reads this chooses not to do business with this company. There has to be another company that would appreciate the opportunity to have your business and would be thankful to you. Dont give them a chance RiverValley is cold, heartless, disrespectful, and unappreciative.
