Summing it up they sucked, caused a lot of damage and overcharged. I told them ahead of time I had new wood floors from the front door through the kitchen and they needed to put something down to protect them. First heavy dresser coming up the wood steps they stop and put the piece down on the on the bare wood and gauged it. He said it would come up with a warm water wipe. It didn't because I could hear the wood against wood sound. They put a few runners down but not all the way through so many more scratches on the new floors. They damaged so much of the paint I just had done days before because the walls and trim needed it badly that I will have to touch up numerous areas and hope it doesn't look terrible after paying over $6000 for all the painting. They kept trying to push something through the kitchen against my new stainless steel fridge I had to buy because the house didn't have one. They quoted me between about $3100-$3500 area and take probably 8-10 hours. It was over $4000 even though my son and I took some of the pieces they were going to move ourselves ahead of time and they lied about how many hours they worked and charged for 10 hours when it was 9 hours at best. Everything time I turned around they had me sign something new about what they weren't responsible for after causing damage due to oversized furniture and other **** They couldn't beat it out of here quick enough knowing all the damage they caused.

My experience with the men who handled my items was fabulous. They arrived later than expected but not a minute was wasted once they arrived. They treated every item safely and as if it belonged to a family member.
I had the need to call the company 3-4 times and each time was received by representatives who were both patient and polite. I did feel the company had a disconnect between messages sent between the main office in Ohio and their local office. It took several days and several phone calls to finally get the printed bill with the final total i requested.
I have the need for movers at least twice in the next 2 months. I will not hesitate calling this company again.Two Men and A Truck

Wonderful experience!!! The team arrived earlier and worked quickly. They were professional and courteous. I kept adding items to the list as we worked through the building and they kept finding ways to fit it on the truck.Two Men and A Truck

I am elderly and disabled. I put in a claim against Two men and a Truck Kansas City about a year and a half ago and as I slowly unpack as I'm able, I'm still finding damaged upon damaged items. The workers they hired had absolutely no regard for my property. Furniture and belongings I've had for decades some of which were handed down by passed families members totally DESTROYED!!! They compensated me with a very tiny check which was like a slap in the face. What's even worse, they wouldn't removed the damaged items. I had to hire a junk removal company because the items were useless. It appeared they were deliberately smashed and dragged over the ground leaving scrapes, scratched, etc. My garden equipment, rakes, push brooms all MISSING!!. Just to think, I gave each worker--six or seven--a $20 tip. I would never recommend this company! They treat their elderly and disabled like crap and get away with it! The office people I spoke to had a careless, I -just-work-here attitude.Two Men and A Truck

**** and his crew were great. They worked non-stop. We couldnt be any happier with our move! Highly recommend Two Men and would definitely use them again (my husband agrees and hes very picky lol)Two Men and A Truck

Moving always stressed me out but Two Men and a Truck made everything extremely easy. Dany made scheduling a breeze and was pretty flexible with timing. Anthony Shawn and Julien were amazing and everything was packed very quickly and efficiently, no time wasted. 5 stars.Two Men and A Truck

Joey, John, & Oscar helped me move out of Philadelphia into the suburbs and they were quick and efficient! They took apart and rebuilt several pieces of furniture for me as well. I will be reaching out for their services specifically if I need to move again in the future.
