      Absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a service with Jpaul D********** to remove a wasp nest, and the technician arrived two days later and stated he didn’t have the proper tools to reach the nest and would have to come back. The job was never completed, no one followed up or communicated after I made an attempt to call the Inspector who initially scheduled the service. However, I received several statements showing that owed. I reached out to cancel the service and explain the job was never completed and a week later I was contacted by Brittany S**** who told me a technician had been to my home…when in fact no one ever showed up to my home. I was present all day — no call, no knock, no visit. Yet, this company is attempting to charge me for a service that was never provided.

      This is dishonest and feels like a scam. I have proof that the issue remains unresolved. When I reached out to address it, I was met with unprofessionalism and harassment for payment I do not owe.

      I do not recommend ******* Peat Control to anyone. If you’re looking for reliable, honest service — look elsewhere.

      I have been a customer of Ehrlich for 16 years and never had a problem until now.

      In January 2025, I discovered gnats in my master bathroom. I was very uncomfortable because they were small flying bugs that flew around my head when I tried to wash my face or brush my teeth and they would sometimes fly into my shower. A service tech from Ehrlich came out 4 times but was unable to correct the problem.

      Because we were having such difficulty, I requested a supervisor to come out on 3 separate occasions because I thought he/she might have some particular experience or expertise in this area where the tech might not have any special training. But a supervisor never came.

      I tried to find a solution myself. I filled my jacuzzi and ran hot water through the jets at least 10 times, threw out 5 house plants, moved my tooth brush from my bathroom sink and kept the entire sink area dry. I went to my local garden store and they recommended I put together cider vinegar traps and hang sticky traps.

      It has been almost 5 months and I still have the problem. I am still brushing my teeth and washing my face at my kitchen sink.

      I called Ehrlich to cancel my service and I was told that I would only get 1/3 of my $598.51 annual fee back which I paid in November 2024. Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten any refund at all. I have called Ehrlich 4 times to find out when I can expect a rebate but I have never received a call back.

      Ehrlich could not solve my gnat problem. I could not get a supervisor to come out to check the problem. I have not gotten any refund for the $598.51 annual fee I paid in November 2024. And my calls are not being returned. I’m 75 years old and on Social Security. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

      On April 25, 2025 I had a pest control treatment scheduled. However, the technician never arrived and I was charged for the treatment that was never provided. I was not contacted by the technician. I contacted Ehrlich Pest Control at 5pm at the end of business to notify them of the issue and to make sure that I would not be charged for the service. On May 13 2025 I noticed that I was not refunded and Ehrlich Pest Control told me that they would not refund me for services provided even though I never received the service.

      Bugout came to do rodent exclusion in Aug 2023. They initially gave a extremely high quote of nearly $10,000 but then said they could do it for $3450. I paid $3000 by the end of Sept 2023. There were numerous issues throughout the process. First, I asked if I could pay monthly on a credit card and they said yes, I just had to sign a payment agreement. Except it wasn't an agreement, they OPENED A NEW LINE OF CREDIT without my consent, which I was eventually able to close, but this impacts my credit. Then, I told them not to use chemicals because I have rabbits that live under my shed. They used chemicals anyway and KILLED MY RABBITS. As if that wasn't enough, they DID NOT ACTUALLY EXCLUDE THE RODENTS which were still getting into the walls, and when I finally had another company come out they went into the crawlspace and had to REMEDIATE THE ENTIRE WORK because Bugout had done it wrong and SEALED UP THE VENTS which was forcing toxic air into our home, making us sick. Throughout the course of this ordeal, I spoke with management and was eventually told that due to all the issues, I would not have to pay the remaining balance. I should have demanded a refund but was overwhelmed with all the problems, and I thought this was the end of it. Fast forward to now, they are seeking collection first for $1350 and now they have made it nearly $1800. This is not in any way anything that I owe them, they are literally making up amounts. At this point, I want a FULL refund for the entire amount I paid them and I want them to leave me alone and stop asking for more money when they never completed the work properly and caused a host of problems. This company is a SCAM and a HEALTH RISK.

      Hired E****** from May 2024-September 2024 for outdoor pest control services. Was told they would come back as needed for no extra charge during this time. On 6/4/24 I paid J.C. E****** $255.00, confirmation #***********.

      November 4, 2024 E****** sent me an invoice for another $255.00 stating a missed a payment. I called 11/13/24, to dispute any payment was due and that I had not agree to any additional services. I closed my account during this call. On 11/14/24 I received a txt message from ###-###-#### stating "Received your request to cancel pest control." Another invoice was sent December 3, 2024. I called 12/10/24 @08:45 to dispute these charges, was told they would send an email confirmation, account closed. Never received. On January 16, 2025 received a notice from A.R.M. Solutions that they are reaching out on behalf of E****** to collect debt. Now I have to send them all my information or this will/could still impact my credit score!

      Bugout took over our old termite company. Technician came out. Did his check . Enclosed is an initialed receipt for services. We paid tech with check which he stated he would turn over to his supervisor. I keep getting calls about the overdue bill. I give them all the information and keep getting calls.seems like no one has followed up on the check and where it is at.

      10-26-24 I phoned and arranged an in home pest control service at a cost $568.94. Later that day my son and I realized our dog was bringing fleas inside our home from our yard so we decided to change it to a lawn treatment instead of the in home service.
      We have an email from a representative at Ehrlich dated 10-26-24stating that our pest service has been updated and the adjusted cost will be reduced to $234.43.
      The serviceman came to our house on 10-29-2014 and completed the yard service.
      My credit card was charged the $568.94 on 10-31-2024.
      Since then my son and I have made calls to Ehrlich requesting our refund(11-1, 11-4, 11-7, 11-11, and 11-17). Each time we are told a different story. According to the last woman I spoke to a credit card refund takes up to 48 hours. We have also been told a request has been put in, a request hasn't been put in, the refund request is being processed, someone from billing would contact me, and that a request to expedite the request was put in. Despite all these telephone calls, a refund of $334.51has not been issued.

      Ehrlich missed 4 service appointments with no notification on 16, 20, 28 Sept, 14 Oct. After each missed appt. I called and filed a complaint. Was told it would be forwarded to supervisor/mngr and they will reach out to me. This never happened and no followup was ever made. The first 3 missed appts. were with the same technician and the 4th missed appt. was with a different technician. A few days later I would get a text/email for the next appt. and then no one shows up. On their website, I've requested 6 times for a copy of my contract to be sent to my email address on file. I have been told several times that this can be done and that my request has been forwarded to the proper person. I have received nothing. On the phone I've asked to cancel my contract and to receive a refund. I was told that a refund wasn't possible because I paid my yearly contract up front in full and that I have the Termite Service Plan which doesn't qualify for a refund. I know this is total BS. Every other service that I've subscribed to allows refunds if there is an early cancellation. The initial people that I have spoken to on the phone have no authority and only record the complaint and supposedly forward it. At this point I would just like to cancel my contract and receive a full refund of $357.59 because there has been no termite service performed at my home so far during this current contract which began August 2024.       I Contacted this company by mistake, I thought it was ***** pest control, until he told me the name. He then convinced me that he could take care of the problem with a discounted rate, and small monthly fee continuing after to take care of pest control. He stated they would come inspect my home and spray for pest for 270.00, then after that the monthly fee would be 63.00. He came days late, then went to my kitchen put down 4 baits and left my residence. Did not inspect it or spray. I contacted him and explained my concerns, he stated they would be back to spray and get rid of the pest. Then I was overcharged for this 294.00, I contacted them and stated I was overcharged this was not agreed on, and services were never rendered. I could've put down 4 baits myself and was charged almost 300.00 for 4 baits. I told them to refund my money and terminate services. They still have not returned the funds, and provided any services for my residence. These people are frauds scamming people out of hard earned money. Now I have to find a reputable company to provide proper services before it gets worse.
