      I contracted with Ehrlich Pest Control in August of 2023. I paid monthly ($55.12) for a total of $661.44. There were "droppings" in my attic. I asked whenever someone was at my house if these were bat droppings. I was told on multiple occasions that they were mice droppings. They put poison and glue traps down. There has never been a mouse in any of the glue traps for a year. The glue traps caught 4 bats. Bats are a protective species in Pennsylvania, and glue traps are illegal to use to catch bats. The employees of this company misrepresented the problem so I would keep paying the monthly fee instead of advising me of the real situation and referring me to a company that could remediate the problem. Ehrlich does not remove bats. This company engaged in fraudulent and illegal practice and I would like to be reimbursed.

      Company was unable to schedule follow up appointment as part of contract for guarantee of services within the first 30 days. I called 4 days in a row to speak to someone about scheduling and they were not able to book me an appointment. I never received any call backs from the company or managers as promised. The monthly service that was to occur was scheduled for 7/22/2024 and the representative said that they don’t work on Sundays as they are closed. We paid $249.00 for partial service. The customer service representatives did not seem to care of have urgency.

      I have had numerous problems with this company. Here is the latest scenario - Approximately 5:20 pm on Friday May 12, 2023, I received a message that Ehrlich would be out to do my quarterly service on Monday, May 15, 2023. I immediately called back and cancelled the appointment. Not only was this the first notification I had received of this appointment, but I just had service on March 30, 2023, so it was not due. I was assured the appointment was cancelled. On Monday, May 15, 2023, I was at an appointment and received a message that the technician was at my house. I called back as soon as I was able and spoke with the technician and told him this appointment had been cancelled. He said he would call and let the office know as he had treated the outside, but that I should not be charged for it because my service was not due. When I returned home, I called the office and explained the situation and was assured I would not be charged for this visit. I also asked for a call back from a manager because these issues are constant. Not only have I never gotten a call back, but today I received a bill for the full service! Ehrlich has continuously done this - little or no notification of when they are coming, coming at the wrong time, etc.
