  I just moved in and have had a whole array of help with getting into a townhouse has quickly as possible as the last company I was renting from was scamming. This company has helped me in ways I cannot explain. The only issue Ive run into is maintenance being pretty slow with things and I end up fixing the issue before they come.

  I have been living here since July 2022. I normally live a very long time in any property as minimum as 5 years and there were places I lived for almost 12 years as I normally don't move out unless I had to for work purposes. This is the first time I end up in forcibilly vacating the apartment by paying rent, utilities on time and keeping the apartment as clean as new.  Here property management is  very rude and shows no respect to tenants. All their terms and conditions are in their favour. Even Though I have asked for a 12 month lease they put me in a month-month lease since I have complained about their improper fees. Now, they terminated my lease day after my court case got dismissed. It is a clear retaliation and discrimination on a whistleblower.  You will be a very good tenant as long as you agree to all their terms and conditions and pay whatever they want. Otherwise, they will kick you out of the apartment.

  I've been living here for 6 years with no problems it's a quiet and well kept community the only problem Is that the rent is a little expensive for a one bedroom, especially when stuff is not being updated like I said, I've been there 6 years and nothing in my Apartments really been replaced. But other than that, I have no concerns and I find it to be a great partner complex to live in.

  Management is horrible. Maintenance workers enter your apartment without permission, management allows tenants to park 1 vehicle in front of building but tenants with 2 cars are taking up my spot, management does nothing about it even though it’s in the lease. Maintenance does a decent job but not the greatest, shortcuts taken when stairs fixed causing steps to be uneven. Poor management

  1. Safety concerns: A really bad apartment complex inadequate security measures, making it more prone to break-ins, theft, and other criminal activities. I watched a man almost get shot from my living room window.
  2. Poor maintenance: negligent landlord who doesn’t prioritize maintenance and repairs. Too many terrible things to list. including plumbing problems, faulty electrical systems, and pest infestations.
  3. Unreliable utilities: Inadequate and unreliable washers and dryers can make living in this apartment complex uncomfortable and inconvenient.
  4. Noise pollution: Bad apartment complex has thin walls, inadequate soundproofing, or noisy neighbors, making it difficult to find peace and quiet in your own living space.
  5. Lack of amenities: If the apartment complex lacks essential amenities like a gym is nasty parking , laundry facilities broken and nasty, the only recreational area is the pool that is empty and decrepit it can greatly diminish your quality of life.
  6. Poor management This lady christy is one Of the most ignorant people I have ever met. She lies about everything badly terrible managed apartment complex, delayed responses to maintenance requests, and a general lack of accountability, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction for the residents my neighbors I speak with.
  7. Unhealthy living conditions: Mold, mildew, or other environmental issues due to poor ventilation, leaks, or neglect can pose health risks and impact your overall well-being.
  8. High turnover of residents: A negative environment frequent turnover of tenants, which can disrupt the community and make it challenging to establish a sense of stability and security.
  9. Negative neighborhood reputation: A bad apartment complex might also be situated in a neighborhood with a poor reputation, which could affect your sense of safety, social opportunities, and property value.

  Theyre rude and unprofessional! We just applied for one of their properties and the young man told us we would be the first to apply. We applied and paid the $45 an adult and they hurried up and said denied. I asked for the reason they denied us and they refuse to answer us and the property is still available and they dropped the price $100. We have great rental history, great job that my husband has been at for 26yrs for one and 5yrs for the other, no evictions or criminal background and our credit score is a 620. Yes our credit is lower but if it was higher I would be buying not renting. We just wanted an answer and they refuse to do that. Very unprofessional and Im happy to know that I wont be wasting my time with a company like this. Then they said they had my credit report that shows evictions and they sent it to me and it doesnt show it so then they went on the public index and searched his name but forgot to put his middle name and the other guy here in town has a bad report. The lady name Dawn S****  was rude and just went by a report she found online for free but yet charged us $45 an adult. Worst company ever!
