We do our best to address every maintenance concern in a timely manner and we reserve our after hours service for emergency issues that would prove detrimental to a home. Our team indicates that they were able to connect with you and came out the next morning to fix your tub faucet leaking. If there is something that we missed, please reach out to the community office and we will address it right away. Thanks for being a resident!

      Worst place to stay it has roaches they don't want to fix anything they lied and said our Carpet was new and is wasn't our bathdoor was cracking mold in the walls and porch door wouldn't lock roaches was in the cabinets and in vents very nasty place

      We are sorry to see this review come through. We mutually agreed to terminate your mother's lease and in that agreement the household agreed to not make any statements, written or verbal, or cause or encourage other to make any statements, written or verbal, that defame, disparage or in any way criticize the business reputation, practices or conduct of Vantage Pointe West.  We worked diligently to resolve any issues at the home. Upon move-out the cost to repair damages in the home exceeded the the security deposit. We have documentation of the new carpet being installed. We do wish you the best in your new home.

      They are terrible they charge for every **** thing. my family and I were gone over Easter weekend. I was off that Monday and realized our toilet was clogged. They charged an extra $25.00 lying and saying that they took the toilet apart. How you take an entire toilet apart with no proof and I was off. Said it was due to Clorox wipes. Okay! Toilet get clogged and it was not the first time. It doesn’t matter that’s why you have a maintenance department. Maintenance is terrible as well because they go back to the office and say they did work they didn’t do. Toilets get clogged it happens. I been here for 4 years it will happen. It’s terrible they get money wherever they can. Thats why we will be leaving. I would never refer any one to live here. And instead of the rental manager calling the resident like a professional they like to speak through other people and rely messages. DO NOT COME HERE! I will be going over their heads about the situation. The manager Catie and the others are terrible about communication. The only time they reach out is if it’s time to renew your lease. Any other time you can’t get them to answer the phones. I pray higher management sees this because I will be doing my part going over their heads and reporting them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES they LACK in so many areas. it’s really terrible service for the residents. It’s a problem when they only show the good comments. ********* ******* APARTMENTS are TERRIBLE.

      ******,We are sorry to see this review come through. We do know that we were called for a toilet clog and had to remove non-flushable Clorox wipes in order to resolve the incident. While we do have a maintenance team on site to resolve resident issues, we ask residents to adhere to the guidelines in order to prevent repeated issues in their home. We don't have any record of a recent $25 charge to your account. It's unfortunate that you are unhappy here after 4 years of residency. If there is anything more we can do to help move the needle in a positive direction, please let us know.

      We lived here in Harrison, **** ****** *********** for 1 year. We were never late on rent, had no police interaction, and 0 complaints against. It was my 5 year old, autistic daughter, my husband, and myself. We paid $1200 per month for rent. They refused to renew our lease and gave us no reason that justified this. We tried time and again to discuss this, and work out a new lease. Finally, they threatened us with illegal eviction, multiple times. We finally realized that they were so unprofessional, and we're raising rent above $1400 a month, we left. And we still have not found a new place to live. We are currently in a hotel. This made us look awful. Especially, when they refused to give a decent recommendation to new apartments. This entire situation was unjustified and ridiculous. I know more of our neighbors went through the exact same issues. They should be out out of business. We may look into other options. I hope they are absolutely fine looking themselves in the mirror every day. Karma is real

      I signed a lease at the ********* *** property in Covington. It’s a beautiful property. The following morning after I signed the lease my company informed me that I cannot live in Kentucky while working for them. I called Kailey the next morning explaining my situation. She pretty much told me too bad. Keep in mind- I did not move in. I even provided a letter from my HR stating this was the situation- they were completely inflexible- she pretty much said too bad. I had given her over $1900 In deposits. The icing on the cake is they had the nerve to send me a billl - charging hundreds in “admin” and rent and utility charges for $3,316.00 I’ve called the PLK OFFICES TIMES ANS LEFT MESSAGES. NO RETURN CALLS . In the meantime the unit has already been re- rented. I would think twice before working with this company. I will be calling the news next.

      ********* We are sorry that your employer caused you to have to break your lease at Elevation 800. Looks like you got your keys on 11/30 and then informed Kailey of the employer issue on 12/8. Our initial plan was to have you complete the lease buyout. You did not pay those fees before you left which is how the file ended up with such a large balance. That said, because you paid December rent and we were able to re-rent the home, we have issued a check to you in the amount of $710.64. It will go in the mail from our office today.

      Good afternoon- I signed the lease and picked up my keys on 11/30- I called and emailed Kailey the next morning - Friday 12/1. I have the email saved. I really think it’s unreasonable to keep $1200. I did not wait a week- I informed your company the very next morning. Also why did no one return my several calls to ask about this?

      Horrible experience with trying to lease an apartment here. First of all, I DESPERATELY NEEDED IT for me and my 4 year old daughter seeking independence and separation from my daughter's dad, they didn't seem to care about any of that. They had one unit available , 2 bedrooms, I immediately went along with the RIDICULOUSLY HIGH "Administrative Fees" and processing fees reaching $250 just to think I was moving into an apartment for 2 weeks, told my family, coworkers and everybody that I got the apartment ( Because there was literally NO REASON THAT I SHOULDN'T HAVE) and after 2 weeks of trying to get an official "Yes" from them, calling, leaving VMs, they never ONCE answered or returned my phone call. Then going into work one night I read an email saying they are unable to approve my application. I wanted to cry right there at work, and I did. It was truly a horrible experience for a single mother trying to gain independence, doing all the right things to try to make a better life for me and my child. The leasing agents were TERRIBLE IMO and when I called there to get a reason as to why they denied my application, she said she didn't have the access to that information and that I could email the corporate manager, Shanda, I asked for her phone number instead, she replied rudely with "I don't feel comfortable giving you her phone number". Like REALLY? I just paid $250 to get told "NO" for literally no reason, and you won't even let me try to find out why. Anyways I looked up PLK COMMUNITIES online and ended up getting a direct phone number for Shanda the Corporate manager. Altho she was polite and understanding to hear my situation, even she could not give me a good reason as to why I was denied, I make over 4 the income and have a squeaky clean background and good credit. Then the apartment I was supposed to get was put back up and taken down the same exact day after I got denied for it. Needless to say, anytime you're asked to pay an "Administrative fee, say NO!!

We do work to have an answer to prospective residents within 72 hours provided that we have everything we need to actually start the process. As Shanda explained over the phone, in the case of credit issues, we aren't able to disclose what may or may not be on your credit report. Those conversations need to be between you and the credit reporting agencies. Hopefully, you were able to reach out to them so you are informed about what is being reported. We will work to do better in our timely communication and are sorry that it cause you stress in the process. Thank you for your feedback.

      Company double charges rent and even with proof they threaten to evict you. They charge large fees and refuse to remove them even when they are proved wrong. Their office workers are also rude and unwilling to help with issues.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance and I applied to this complex and were approved. We paid over $950 in deposits and fees and once we cancelled our unit, we only received $300 in return. Please do not apply to this apartment unless you are 100% sure about it. We cancelled due to finding a bigger place with a garage (the garages here are on a 1 year at least wait list!) and now we're out over $600 with nothing to show for it. The rental application we signed said if we cancelled our application within 72 hours we would forfeit our deposit, however, we cancelled after the 72 hour period and are still out over $600

      ********,Sorry to see this review come through as we work to be fully transparent about the deposits and fees that are required to take a home off the market at our communities. Certain fees upon application are non-refundable and are clearly stated as such on the actual application document that you signed. We were able to find you a home from the waitlist shortly after you applied in March. Our records show that you accepted the home with a move-in date of May 5th and then asked to be put on the waitlist again in early April. Your cancellation came just after that which is well beyond the 72 hour time frame permitted. We understand that plans change and we certainly hope that you are happy in your new place with a garage and all the things you were hoping for.

      If i could give this place a 0 star i would … was told me and my girlfriend would be approved … after we were not i did not get my refundable deposit back. I messaged corporate and they sent it right back to the manger who said it was out of their hands. The check was apparently sent out 3 months ago and i still have yet to get it.

      *****,Sorry for the delay in reply. Our records show that your check was cut and mailed to your forwarding address on February 23, 2023. We didn't hear from you about not receiving the check until the week of April 10th. It's unfortunate that you didn't receive the check in a timely manner but we have record of it being cut and mailed. Sometimes things get lost in the mail which is certainly frustrating. We do hope that you are well and happy in your new home.

      Communication with Ashleigh was horrific after not being approved. Have been given the run around with lies about getting my refund of the holding fee after not being approved. I have in writing that at max it would take is 30 days to receive my refund. They said on the 31st day they mailed the check out. I received an email that I could come pickup my check but when I arrived it was for someone else with the same first name.
