    Placed and paid for an order on 12/03/2024. Estimated shipping was Dec 19-23. Given the holidays I expected this order to be delayed. By 01/06/2025 I had still not received any update and emailed the sales department asking for an update but received no response. On 01/13 I called the business and was told it would be shipping that Friday (01/17). 01/27 the product was still showing processing and had not shipped so I called again and was told the same thing that it would ship on 01/31. This has continued every 2 weeks with the same response. Now I am unable to get any answer on any listed number for the business and still have no update for my order and the website has showed that the online store is closed for maintenance the past week. I have no way to request a refund at this point.

    The Company places orders and doesn't fulfill them. They are not legitimate.

    I ordered special screws months ago.
    They never arrived. I called them and they would send them.i received a email when they would arrive. 1.5 months later they still haven't arrived.
    These are special screws,that goes on a harvis console which I have.and have been waiting to finish my console.

    Placed order December 19, 2024 making it 272 days since placing my order and yet to receive it or any kind of information in regards to its delivery I’ve requested multiple updates that got no response and started requesting refunds which are getting no response.

    I ordered parts 3 months ago and still haven't received them. Customer service is a joke. Told me a lie about their supplier but heard from others that they say this to everyone. Not sure how they are still in business. Now i have to go through the process of trying to get my money back.

    I ordered a console for my vehicle in April 2023, order ##*****, the order was paid in full at the time of the order. I have not received the order and have been getting the run around for months. They lie to me saying the order will be shipped and nothing. My vehicle has been at a shop occupying their space, I have had to pay the shop daily so I asked valor outfitters for some type of discount to help offset the cost of paying the shop where my vehicle is. They agreed to give me 10% off the purchase price. So far they haven't given me any refund or the part. It's going on 4 months for the order and 3 weeks since I was told I would receive the refund. When I call now all I get is the run around, lies and excuses. I sent an email to customer service and no response, I tried to contact the owner and no response. I'm starting to feel like they stole from me or scammed me. I am a police officer and I try to do the right thing in life but I may just be forced to fly to their location and deal with them in person and accordingly. I'm trying to handle this professionally but my frustration is starting to consume me. The BBB is my last option before I fly there and this gets ugly and valor outfitters makes the news.
