    I placed an order for an item that cost around $530 on August 18th 2024. The item is neither a specialty item nor was backordered or shown not to be in stock. The site referenced free shipping in 7 business days for items over $200-300+ The Website kept showing my Order had not yet even been processed 2 weeks later. On August 27th I sent an Email asking about the status of my order and if anything was wrong. I also called numerous times to customer service during business hours and noone ever answered. Ieft multiple messages and noone ever got back to me. I began wondering if it was a fraudulent business and they had just taken my money. It took until Sept 17th for Valor to respond One Month Later. They advised in their email that they wont get around to bother sending my order out until around or after October 11th. If they are actually going to ship it, that would be almost 2 months later. I immediately sent a reply email to cancel my order and refund my $530 immediately. Its now 27 Sept and of course like before No Response. I will now be filing fraud charges and as many reviews online as I can find. I've ordered items from China, India and Azerbaijan that were not only more responsive, but shipped my order in less than a month.
