    In August 2024, we met with **** from Quality Comfort in our kitchen to review the bathroom addition and ADA requirements. **** was one of four people present. He explained the need for a comfort-height toilet, suggested stores, and offered help selecting an ADA-compliant model. He also asked if other toilets needed reinstallation and whether handicap bars would be installed, wanting to leave proper space. After receiving all fixtures, we reviewed them with ****. He initially mistook an adjustable shower bar for a grab bar, but we clarified they were ordered separately. **** confirmed the contractor would install bracing behind the drywall for the grab bars. Once work was done, it became clear the toilet was installed too close to the wall. **** returned, acknowledged the mistake, and expressed regret that it wasn't caught before flooring was installed. He admitted knowing it was an ADA bathroom and said he’d talk to his boss to resolve the issue. Later, the company claimed they weren’t informed of ADA needs and denied meeting with us. More issues followed. After drain and shower fixture installation, the drain leaked, and poor slope caused backups. A tech named ***** said he wouldn’t fix it without extra payment and couldn't return for days. He also blamed tile workers for disconnecting the drain and reconnecting the drain, despite them never accessing the crawl space. Quality Comfort missed the first inspection, blaming internal miscommunication. The second failed due to faulty equipment. The inspector also noted no rough-in inspection was done before drywall, a clear requirement. Despite being told we’d be absent for the next one, Quality scheduled it anyway—then didn’t show themselves. They were a no show for the final inspection too. The inspector flagged the improper slope, and the contractor had to fix it himself, since Quality refused unless paid more. There were constant issues. Avoid Quality Comfort.

    Always great service starting with the office staff to the technicians. Ive been a client for over 5 years and extremely happy with my service! There are benefits with sticking with a family owned business. This company does its best to make sure they accommodate my needs.

    Best company and service EVER! They installed a new Hvac system last year and just came for a tune up. They check everything, top to bottom. Very thorough. The service reps are polite and wear a company shirt. They send you an email with your service reps picture, so you know who coming. They call before they come, as to not to catch you off guard. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have trusted them with my home for years. I highly recommend them completely!!??
