    Very professional. Explained entire work plan. Company has very good communication including sales person, scheduling etc. technicians. Was very happy with their service. Would highly recommend.

    The tech that was sent to me basically came to collect 68 dollars and leave. I live in a condominium and he started to whine when he realized he to figure out which compressor belong to my unit. And said he couldn’t figure it out and didn’t have the time to worry about it, but said I still owed 68 dollars. I was busy with my own work so I paid it have him leave. Highly unprofessional. He called me buddy the whole time and called dude a few times as well:

    Technician was prompt and very courteous. Technician made sure he wore boot covers in the house. Inspection was thorough and the straight forward. Was not sold other services while they performed the tune up. Very pleased with the service.
