      Stay away! I took my RV in 16 days ago, on appointment, and they still have not done a thing.

      Cannot recommend this RV service shop. Dropped off our RV and paid over $3K to have the tankless water heater and water pump replaced: 1) we were LIED TO and told the water pump was the ******* “ultra-quiet” pump, which was totally untrue as it was replaced with the cheapest noisiest pump that ******* sells!! 2) our water heater was replaced however it is LEAKING EVERYWHERE and must now repaired by another RV service shop! We will not permit Dunlap Family RV or Blue Compass to work on our rig again. Please consider your options carefully and look elsewhere.

      I purchased a new trailer in October.
      It was not fully prepped with some issues. I dropped it for service to fix these issues with a date needing back for a scheduled trip.
      It was not looked at until that date. And the next scheduled trip it was not ready either.
      So I have yet to be able to use it since the October purchase.
      As it sat in the shop.
      In picked it up after Christmas and am leaving for a family emergency. Having been told everything was repaired.
      Items stolen from it. And it was left a mess.
      I discovered NONE of the work was done correctly and none of the issues fixed.
      And it is unusable for the purpose it was purchased.
      3 months without a usable NEW camper.
      Then they expect the customer to absorb thousands of dollars in costs of this failure, theft, messiness, and incompetence without reimbursement.
      All attempts to contact Blue Compass customer service went unanswered, as did a Better Business Bureau complaint.
      Reaching the manufacturer, they were very concerned about the service reflecting on their product. And paying for warranty work that isn't being done.

      I bought a 5th wheel in may 2022 and was the worse thing ever bought. Started off blowing 2 tires on the way home. They offered to pay over the phone for one and had them send me a camera to substitute and they couldnt get that right. Then go get title done and now being told I owe **** bucks due to them not charging enough. There not willing to work with me telling me I have to pay out of pocket **** bucks or run my credit for another loan at a higher interest rate. **** of America telling me they can cancel the loan and reapply. But still its there error but I have to pay for it. **** ****** ***** ********* *** *****************
