    Ordered a stove top &its been almost a month. No email responses from my inquiries. According to other reviews they sent the wrong parts or never answer them looks like I spent 289$ For wasted time. This company should be delisted from the internet. It sounds like I might get lucky and theyll ship me the wrong part. Ill hope to be a part of a class action lawsuit some day. Hoping them seeing this will force them to contact me order some something. Order #*******

    Placed order on June 29 for part that was showing "in stock" GE ************ Kit For Part # ********** plus shipping. Is July 29 I still have no part and nobody answering the phone.

    I placed my order on Sunday and paid for overnight. I expected to receive it on Tuesday as Monday would be the processing day. I called on Tuesday and they said they would be mailing it out it arrived on Wednesday. I did receive the part but as all other reviews say it arrived broken. I tried calling the company again to initiate a return and stayed on hold for a while and it transferred me to a voicemail. I tried to initiate a call through chat and they started and then never responded to me. I initiated a credit card dispute with my credit card company. I have also initiated a return on line asking for a shipping tag to get the useless part back to them.
