    I ordered a part about July 1 and the wrong part was sent. I spoke with customer service July 19 and was told I would receive an e-mail with instructions for return of the wrong part. I did not hear from them and called again August 2 and was told they were busy and backed up but I would hear from them soon. As of August 17 I have not heard from them. Checking this site and others I see reviews similar to mine. Apparently this is the way they do business.

    I placed an order in late July for a washer drain pump. I received my confirmation email. Approximately three weeks later, after repeatedly trying to check the status by logging in, I called only to get voicemail multiple times. I finally emailed. Within two minutes, I received an email that my order had been canceled and a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. I didn't ask to cancel my order. I simply wanted to know the status. So they waited three weeks for me to reach out to tell me via email that there were manufacturing issues and they couldn't fill my order. That seems like something they should have known when I placed the order. I would not recommend them.

    I ordered a part for my washer 8/04/22. At the time of the order I didn't receive an order confirmation so thought I might not have ordered completely however when I checked the credit card I had been billed. I shot the company an email and asked for a confirmation receipt, order number, etc. I did not receive a response so I emailed them 8/07/22 again asking for the same information and stating if I did not get a response I would report the charge as fraudulent. 8/08/22 I received a one-line response and that was an order number. As everyone out there knows going to the laundromat is expensive and I was getting ready to make another trip so I reached out and was able to get someone on Chat. That person told me it would be another 5 days before the order was shipped with approximately 6-9 additional days for the shipping. That would make it almost another two weeks. I told them to cancel the order and I found the part at another site which will ship today and I will have it Monday for less money. I too am disappointed I didn't read the reviews for that company. I would never have entertained the idea to purchase from them.

    Terrible place don't waste your time. I ordered 2 stove switches, when I called 2 weeks later for status the person told me they were short staffed and my order had not even shipped. I contacted ****** for a refund.

    Frankly, I regret not checking BBB before ordering from this company, as it could have saved me time and money. I ordered a part for my fridge late March, and received it in a timely manner. When I realized I ordered the wrong length shelf, I immediately e-mailed them to initiate a return. Two weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything back. I e-mailed again and was advised my request was sent to the returns department. Four months later, still nothing so I followed up again. According to them, their system rejects any form that isn't filled out with the proper information. According to them, even though I never entered my appliance Serial or Model # to order this part, they need that to process my return. Even though "they can see the part number" I ordered, that's not enough information to process my return, and a courtesy e-mail advising that my return form was rejected is asking far too much. Worst business practices I have ever experienced.Do not waste your time. Do not waste your money.

    I wish I could select less than 1 star. Applianceparts365 is the worst. I ordered a part for my stove on March 2022. I got the part on July 2022. The absolute worst!!!!! Dont waste your time. Dont do it to yourself

    If I could give this so called company no stars I would because they dont deserve any stars. They are scam artists. I ordered a Frigidaire refrigerator gasket black on July 15th 2022, I paid for it & with cost of economy shipping $70.37. They told me that when they are ready to ship my order they will send me an email with tracking information. A wk went by & nothing. I decided to email them about ********************* I have emailed them so many times I cant count & again nothing. I called 5 or 6 times left ********************* Finally about a wk ago I get an email & supposedly they said they had sent it & apparently ***** had already dropped it off on July 21st @12:05pm, I am disabled so I dont work so I am ALWAYS HOME, I know when someone is at my door & no ***** has ever been at my door. I have read majority of there reviews & OMG they are horrible, this place scams people for there money. I chatted with someone online about this issue on august 5th around midnight & explained everything, this supposed person sent me the same ***** info which is a fake but that person claims its not, I demanded a refund that person said they cant give me a refund, I told them they are scammers & all they could do is get offline. I called my sons card company to dispute the charge but I am going to call them back today about it. On there site it still says my order is still processing, so if its still processing how did they ship ****** get it. Any time I get anything with tracking I get updated all the time by texting & notifications on my ********** havent gotten anything. WARNING ?? ?????? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR *********** WONT GET YOUR PART. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THERE LIES LIKE I DID, SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS SCAMMING PLACE. They need to be turned in & SHUT DOWN ASAP THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS today is august 5th 2022 3 weeks ago when I placed my ********* havent gotten nothing but problems

    I Placed an order on 7-12-22, to date nothing received, they do not answer emails. This company is horrible, I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering. I have initiated a charge back with my credit card company, and will be filing a complaint with the BBB, Stay very clear of this scam of a company.
