    Purchase two services on 12/24/24 as Christmas gift and included one promo service.
    1/23/25 $85.35 was deducted for another service. I called that day to cancel. I was told I needed to give a 30 day notice to cancel. A manager left a voicemail a day or so later wanting to offer other option. I called 2 or 3 times after that to get the form sent to cancel.

    I finally received the form today (2/3/25). Form says they will deduct another $85.35 on 2/23/25. I called to see why I have to pay for yet another service I dont want and cant afford. I called 30 days prior to next payment of service. I was told after I cancel its their policy another service has to be purchased after cancelation.

    The day I called to cancel was 30 days prior and a payment was taken from my account that day. It took almost 2 weeks to get the cancellation form. I dont feel I should have to purchase another service because it took management so long to send me the form
