    Worst experience I have ever had!! Not with the service. My issue was I took 2 memberships out this company kept taking out three memberships every month. I reported it the first time they refunded my money for the one membership second month same thing took out three memberships so it was never fixed the first time then they also took out $670 in gift cards the day after Thanksgiving I finally had to contact corporate who saw what was going on and refunded most of my money when I talk to the manager at Hand and Stone at Waterstone Boulevard, she said she cannot refund my membership for December because of course at this point I canceled my membership. She did contact me and apologized for everything and they finally did find the problem instead of them always telling me I needed to contact my bank and figure out what the problem was when I knew it was on their end. She informed me that I still had two massages left that I had needed to use before March so a month later I contacted a different Hand and Stone and of course they said they could not see that I had two massages left, but I did pay for the two massages in December the money she said she could not refund me so they still took me for $160. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I personally would never recommend this place to anyone!!
