      Was hired to move a car 3 hours away. First guy claimed he had issues and would move the car the next day. We called and emailed them... and got ignored. So Unprofessional!!

      Sure seems to be a re-occurring theme with this company. TQL has been harassing us non stop with sometimes multiple calls a day. They have been asked, told, requested to remove us from all lists (phone and email) and yet NO ONE respects that request!

      I hired TQL for my company's trucking needs. I had a driver his truck go missing with my cargo for 4 days as he chose to hold the cargo hostage. During these
      4 days the driver only turned his phone on to send me threatening voice notes and text messages. When we were finally able to recover our items in *********, NM, TQL the items were damaged. I filed a claim for $76,000 in damages and fees to TQL and they filed that claim against the carrier. Unfortunately the claim was denied as the driver was not listed on the truck's insurance policy. TQL brokered me a truck that the driver where there was no insurance coverage for him to be the driver. TQL did not cover ANY portion of the claim not even the $2,200 that I paid them for the truck that DID NOT make my delivery. I am a female-owed small business and this has caused my company financial distress and pain. I would not recommend TQL or ***** ***** as your rep in any case. They have not been helpful at all and took no responsibility in any parts of this matter.

      Like everyone on here, TQL has been harassing us non stop with sometimes multiple calls a day. We have requested them to remove us from their list every time. No one respects that.

      Was completely transparent with what I expected and the time frame. Received a quote and agreed up there service. Once locked in quote and representatives I worked with changed almost daily. Product was a month late and they expect me to pay 3X the original agreed upon amount. From Business standpoint do not do business with TQL. They are terrible to work with a will try and rip you off once have your product.

      I have been on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since February 01, 2008, and these guys just called me and left a cryptic voicemail to "call ** back". I have never done business with these people, and coupled with the *****, they absolutely should not be calling me. BAD FORM!!! I would never do business with a company that cold calls people! Find another way! And yeah -- I sell about $3,000,000 per year (about 8 truck loads per month), and you will NEVER get my business!

      This company is HARASSING my company with sales phone calls. Literally 10-12 calls since January of this year, and we haven't used them in over 2 years (January 2023). I have told 5 different reps to remove me as their contact person. I have told them politely multiple times we have no use for their services, since most of our customers arrange now their own freight. I have told them twice to remove us from their list. NO ONE AT TQL RESPECTS THESE INSTRUCTIONS. I received another spam call from them today (02/26/25), and when I answered they hung up like cowards. They either don't know what they're doing or don't care... not sure which is worse. And if they don't treat a "prospect" with respect, how much better would they treat me as a customer?? I never intend to find out.
      They are absolutely disrespectful by repeatedly wasting my time and my company's time, and actually they are foolishly wasting their own time and alienating potential customers. I am now asking IT whether they can block the number for Total Quality Logistics. What a VERY poor way to try to get more business. BBB did you a favor by requiring at least one star for a review submission. Learn your lesson already, TQL. You may be A+ by BBB but you can tell from your reviews that you have some majorly wrong business practices.
