They call our office weekly, sometimes daily. On 6/23/25 when I answered I said no, and hung up, they called me back, I rejected the call, they called me right back again and proceeded to ask me why I refused to transfer them. I then explained that every time they call they ask for a different named employee, he laughed, I stated which he most likely gets from our website, he laughed and said it was random, he then proceeded to feed me a line of junk regarding his call implying we were working with them. They have gone as far as saying they have spoke to someone in our office and when asked that person has never spoke to them and has no interest. I have asked them to please stop calling our office, and stop with the games of asking for random people. They state that it wasn't them that has called, which we have called ID., and although changing the caller doesn't change the circumstances. They don't stop calling, they think its funny, and antagonizing return calls back to back after you refuse their call has to be some form of harassment. Its gotten out of hand, and it ties up our main line, they try to keep you on the phone arguing with them.
Can you please make them stop calling me? 187 complaints most of what I reviewed is about the calls, its way out of hand.Business Response

My company has been receiving non-stop calls to the point of harassment. I have received calls on my desk phone, cell phone and personal line daily. We are not going to use their services due to the harassment from the TQL but need the calls to end. All my colleagues and myself are sick of the barrage of calls and voicemail that is left from TQL. We have requested them to stop contacting us, remove us from their contact list, but nothing seems to stop them.Business Response

They have been cold calling us for years and we've told them dozens of times to place us on their Do Not Call list. Today they called us twice within 5 minutes, and both times we asked them to place us on their Do Not Call list. They're wasting our time and energy when we've said many times we are not interested in their services, and they are legally obligated to remove our phone number from their list when we've requested it and yet they refuse to do so and continue to call us multiple times a day.Business Response

TQL is relentless in cold-calling us to try to win business. They have called at least once every week or two for the last three years. I've had numerous stern conversations with their sales associates telling them that we are not interested and explaining that I've said this countless times. EVERY ONE of those associates has "assured" me that we will be put on their Do Not Call list, but it never happens. At this point they've wasted hours of my and my customer service team's time that could be spent elsewhere. I need them to stop calling immediately.Business Response

This solicitor is relentlessly contacting us on a daily basis. They call daily and email frequently. We have informed them that we do not need their services at all. We have communicated this a number of times and have asked them to stop calling us. We have a fast paced business that is very demanding on the employees. To have to field a call when busy by a company that has become nothing but a nuisance is quite irritating. If there ever arose an opportunity where we could possibly need their service, I can assure you that it would be anyone but them at this point. We want the calls and emails to stop.Business Response

This company repeatedly calls my business. We have been requesting for years to be put on their DO NOT CALL list. I have been told that they do not have a way to do that and they will keep calling. Sometime in January I received a call from a sales person at TQL logistics, I believe it was January 17, 2025 (early morning). I explained that I no longer wanted to be contacted in the future. and the previous call I received from them I asked the same thing, except this time I explained if they called me again I would file a complaint against them. I was not interested in using their services. I used their service once in May of 2020. I asked not to be called in the future. They informed me that it was impossible for them to remove me from their call list. They said the best thing they can do is put a do not call hold for a period of 3 months. After the 3 months is up, they would starting contacting again.
They will not stop calling our business and emailing our business for work (not just me but also other staff) despite me requesting this. I have an email from January 17th confirming they are putting me on a do not call list and it would be active for three months. On January 28th I received an general marketing email thanking businesses for their support in helping them in their corporate responsibility.
Since then, starting April 22, 2025 I was contacted by email asking for work, then again on May 1, 2025. I have received spam phone calls from them that I have not answered.
There doesn't seem to be a way to get them to stop contacting me or my business. I am forced to contact them to keep putting me on a do not call list at their company. There should be a way to be removed. It's a form of harassment.
I feel this must violate some sort of solicitation rules.Business Response
